Comfort 5 stars, it takes a bit to getting uses to but its comfy! Sensors are pretty accurate and reliable. I charge it once every 4-4.5 days and that’s wearing it all day and night. The app is also good, I enjoy reading the analytics from the night. Overtime the ring/app understands whats normal and what is not. It has determined I was getting sick a few days before hand.

The health data is incredibly accurate—especially the sleep staging and readiness scores. She’s found the cycle tracking features to be really helpful and more detailed than other apps she’s used. It’s also very durable; she wears it at the gym and taking showers with no issues. The only reason for 4 stars is the sizing process. It’s a bit of a hassle because you really must get the sizing kit first; your normal ring size won't be the same. Also, keep in mind there is a monthly subscription fee to see all your data, which is a bit annoying after paying so much for the ring. Still, it’s a beautiful device and she’s very happy with it!

Friend after friend suggested an Oura ring, so I finally got one. It charges fast and lasts a very long time. I love the brushed silver but it does scratch. I wear covers on it while working out but still from ever day wear it has scratches. But the tech is great. I really would like a gold one with the brushed finish but they do not offer it. Sizing-wise I went one full size up from my normal size and it fits perfectly.

I love this ring. I wear it almost continuously other than brief periods for charging. It provides insight into my health, and daily activities in a way that my apple watch did not. It does a great job at explaining the significance of the numbers it provides, as well as the things that affect the number. I love having a readiness score at the start of the day that gives me insight into my overall preparedness for my day. My biggest concer is the longevity of the finish. I have the rose gold, which was one of the highest priced finishes, amd expensive. It was beautiful when I first bought it, although really not strikingly rose gold, and difficult to tell from my gold wedding band without close inspection. (See pics). Now, the finish has taken on a black/gray cast near the edges, as if the color is already wearing off, and the ring is only a little over two months old. I would have expected a $500 ring to hold up better than this. (Although I work in healthcare, my job is mainly behind a desk and on the phone, No chemicals or excessive hand washing). I still love my ring, I get lots of attention from others with questions about it. However, mext time, I may consider stiming eith the black or lower priced options so I am not so disappointed of the finish discolors.

It's honestly a great ring and great quality. It tracks everything super accurately. My main need for it was to track my sleep and I loved that the app would give you information on tracking like how well your body rested and recovered over night and how ready you are for the next day. It is very spot on. The charging also last for a week plus! It also synced any data I colleted to my apple health app which helped alot too.

I am literally obsessed with my ring. I walked into Best Buy same day, measured my finger and purchased all within 30 minutes. The store attendant was knowledgeable about the ring and its capabilities and Best Buy had good stock. I left with the gold Oura ring which I wear on my pointer finger. The battery life is amazing and it literally lasts for 5 to 7 days. As a busy person who doesn’t have time to always remember to charge everything, this was the exact reason that I picked this ring over other health trackers .

I absolutely love my Oura ring my only issue is it gets scratched and discolored very easily. At first it was a little bulky on my finger but I've gotten used to it. I love the insights it provides for my sleep and activity and that it gives recommendations on how to make minor improvements.

i love it! it does exactly what i need it to for tracking purposes. it has been surprisingly spot on accurate so far. i do however, wish it was a little slimmer and didn’t scratch so easily. otherwise, highly recommend!

Love this ring. I’ve been wanting one for over a year and finally pulled the trigger on it! It’s been accurate and has helped me to manage my movement and stress levels from day to day. My only gripe is the sizing - i do wish it came in half sizes! Also, fully expect your ring to be scratched on day 1 lol
