I have not been disappointed! It has been very helpful on my health journey! After looking into the different metal finishes I went with the brushed metal because I do a lot of rough work with my hands. It has held up well (I do put a silicone guard on it when I know I am going to be doing something extra rough). It was easy to set up and has been easy to use and maintain. I would highly recommend it along with the best buy-geek squad services.

The battery lasts pretty long almost a week or more. It’s effective & pretty accurate with everything. For reference I got a size 7 and it fits perfect I’m usually a 7 in rings also.

Tolerable to wear at night for sleep staging

I like that it's tolerable to wear at night. I'm very sensitive about wearing things like this at night. It's been interesting to see the sleep info, heart rate over time, and HRV. The activity sensor is showing me I'm actually much more active during the day than I thought I was. Would buy again.

Can’t take it off!

I did think the ring would tell me more than it did- however, I love knowing my sleep data, activity tracking, and it’s pretty spot on predicting my period- which was very helpful as I almost wore a light color but checked my ring and it told me due to my body temperature increasing I most likely would begin my menstrual cycle- which I did! Overall, it’s a neat gadget and I feel great being able to monitor as much as it is capable of! (I do think the step count is off and ur tracks every arm movement as a step)

I purchased the size kit and picked my size and I would say it feels less bulky than the size kit, but otherwise true to it. I think it does a great job with what it tracks and I have no reason to believe it’s inaccurate. Overall does what I want and I have no complaints , besides if you want another charger it’s $60. I also find the app easy to use and connect to other apps just fine

Awesome ring

No complaints at all! I love being able to see how stressed I am through the day because it makes my exhaustion a little more understandable at the end of the day! This thing literally tracks everything, it’s amazing! I normally take my ring off and set it on the charger when I shower so I can’t comment on battery life.
