This ring is great for tracking your body and how it works, and has helped me change habits and focus on things i didn’t know needs focusing on. the ring itself is sturdy, stylish, and is comfortable to wear, i forget it’s on a lot. the app is great too, and i love everything you’re able to see inside the app. enjoy the ladybug on my hand lol

The overall appearance is such a great upgrade. I’ve had it for 3 weeks and it seems to be more durable than the oura ring 4. It’s less prone to scratches. The battery lasts a lot longer as well! I’m so happy with my purchase

The new oura ring is amazing, I’ve had it over a week and it hasn’t scratched, only charged it once, and looks amazing. HOWEVER, it has no weight to it, its so thin it’s impossible to believe there’s something things inside. If you have and apple watch a garmin, a fitness tracker ring, GET THIS INSTEAD!

Great tool to track some health indicators like sleep, activity and calorie burn. Very comfortable and has a long charge. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to learn more and improve their health!

So much lighter and feels more like a regular ring on my finger. Not bulky feeling. You would think this is a typical normal band versus knowing but the largeness that it’s smart ring. I used the trade in program to get rid of the Oura 4 for this. Sadly I have king had the 4 for a year and planned longer but to have it look like ordinary ring. Less bulk. Huge win.

I bought this ring on pre-sale and it arrived in a severely damaged package, I thought the product would be stolen or exchanged. When I opened the box it was intact, so I proceeded to use it as normal. The ring is amazing, it is very comfortable, scratch resistant, battery life is great, and it measures everything and more!! Had the Oura Ring 4 and upgraded to the 5. Much smaller, sleeker, and very elegant looking. Battery life is about 7 days. A definite upgrade over the Oura Ring 4. If you're looking for a ring to track sleep, steps and just overall health, this is the ring for you.

I love how this one looks like an actual ring and isnt obvious about what it is. The silver looks great and i was shocked its $100 less when it looks just as sleek. Battery charges quick. Terrified of getting it scratched while at work, nothing yet and I've had some bumps. One of my more comfortable rings.

So far a great product. Looking forward to getting days under my belt so I can get analysis on my health and sleep patterns. I like to color cause it blends in with my complexion, so you barely see it. Can barely feel it when on. Charges quickly as described in instructions.

The 40% thinner compared to the Gen 4 makes a big difference! The ring is also super lightweight; you won’t even notice that it’s on your finger.

I had the 4 for almost 2 weeks when they announced the 5 was coming. Immediately went and returned my 4 for the 5. It’s so much more comfortable than the 4. Found the 4 was a little on the thicker side and would press into the fingers besides the one you’re wearing it with. Barely notice the 5 when wearing it.

Purchased these for all my family members. We love sharing our circle scores each day no matter where we are in the country or the world. The sleek and slim Oura 5 is so much more desirable. We love using the blood pressure tracking journal option.
