Great sound & clarity The range these speakers carry w clean & clear sound is incredible

Thank you to the Geek Squad for the installation of our Outdoor Audio Landscaping Style system. They did a terrific job and we could not be happier. After installing a swimming pool in our backyard, something was missing. A great system, a great team from Best Buy, and we are enjoying the sweet sounds as we relax in the back yard around the pool. Thank you Geek Squad.

The squad quickly explained how and where they would be installing, made sure we had all the right equipment and materials and installed our outdoor speakers. They then demonstrated how to use them. Great service.

The agents went above and beyond with my installation. They ordered the cable I needed and picked it up from a store about 25 miles from my home. Thereafter, they were exceptionally careful in placing the cables in my home where you could not see them. I would recommend this service to anyone who is installing an outdoor sound system for your backyard.

I had Sonos in 6 inside rooms, but putting Sonos outside through the Sonance Garden Series takes things to the next level. This is amazing stuff. Great sound and the flexibility and wide options of Sonos. Do this for yourself.

We contacted the rep at Best Buy (Matt) who was supposed to show up with the Geek Squad. He never showed up. The wiring was left just thrown out and not hidden as we thought it would be. There was no professionalism installation as we expected. The installation is still not finished. We are still waiting for a box that we as the customer had to order. We felt all the parts should have been ordered by Best Buy before coming out for a complete installation. We were contacted by Geek Squad to say they would come back to do a better installation. We have yet to hear back and still waiting. You have accepted our payment in full but we are no longer important to you.

You Geek squad is always right on time and they explain everything thoroughly to the clients. I appreciate the good service I get from them! Thank you!
