Geek squad service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st tech came, unable to install Sonos amp due to being faulty. Tech on phone for 2hours end up getting shipping a new amp. Made second appointment when amp received. Same Tech did not show, called customer service and could not get a hold of tech. Bottom line, no tech showed, lost a day and have not been given an explanation. Apparently tech booked a 4 hour window with another co-worker to complete job which should only have taken 20 minutes tos. Wage theft?? Very unhappy with customer service and management as I have not heard anything back or try to make it Better. Only solution given was to book another appointment later in the month.
