The best buy microwave installers brought the microwave, removed the vent hood and hauled it away, then installed the new microwave. They tested it to make sure it was working correctly, along with the vent and light. happy we got the service instead of trying to do it ourselves.

The install on my appliance was easy and fast they did great work

The installers Best Buy empoys in our area did an excellent job. The cleaned up completely afterward all in good time. They were also on time for their appointed time. Also, they made sure I knew how to run it and gave instruction in proper use.

The installer was very professional and friendly. He had to remove our hood, which was hardwired into the wall. He converted the hardwiring into an outlet. He had to carve holes in the bottom of the cabinet and wall for the electrical cord and outlet. He completed everything as fast as could be expected. He also took the old hood to be recycled.

The young people who provided the install, haul away and all were very professional. I am happy for this Best Buy benefit. My wife met them at the door and an hour later we were using our new microwave! They were 30 minutes early!

I was impressed by the efficiency of the technician. He removed the old and installed the new in less than half an hour. To this day I have had no problem with the new one. Plus, since I have their protection plan, the install was free! Score!

Best Buy install crew were efficient informative and courteous

This was an excellent installation of my over-the-range microwave. When they first arrived, I realized I did not in fact have a dedicated circuit; The BB installer took the microwave back to the warehouse and held until I was able to have an electrician install the circuit; when they came back, they were done within an hour. They were efficient, knowledgeable, clean. Also removed existing vent hood; Well done!

This installation went fine but after awhile we noticed a problem that nobody had seen (even though we went over it together and they explained everything). It has since been reinstalled at no cost to me and with no problems. Everyone was courteous and professional. Especially considering this was happening during omicron, a very good job by all.

Because of an early December snow, we had to reschedule, but the installer did a great job of staying in touch. They were even going to install on a Sunday afternoon, but he had a cancellation on Saturday afternoon before so we were able to get it done a day earlier!! Allowing the installer and customer to communicate directly makes a world of difference. Oh and his installation job was perfection! Professional, quick, and he cleaned up what little mess he made!

Very happy with the Best Buy installation team. They were polite, asked about whether or not to remove their shoes. They were efficient, and thankfully didn't need to make new holes in my wall for the installation.

I like this microwave. strong exhaust fan. Noisy though. Love the light it throws on my range. I discovery you can put it in silence mode so no sounds. One thing I wish I could do is stop the notification on my phone now that it's connected. I'm hoping to figure it out but no luck yet. The installer was great.

Installation went very smoothly. They knew what they needed to do. They removed the old appliance. I live on the second floor so it was not to bring in a new appliance and remove an old one. They did a great job! They checked to make sure everything worked. They swept up the floor and took out all the packaging and old stuff. I was very happy with the installation. Very professional.

Excellent installation team. They were very careful to protect all work areas. They pointed out the incorrect installation of our previous exhaust hood they were removing to install our new Cafe microwave. Correctly installed our new Cafe microwave efficiently and quickly. Would definitely use this installation team again!
