Amazing installer and perfect microwave. The two gentleman should up right on time and were so thoughtful about my house when installing.

They showed up in time and installed the microwave above the range. Nothing exceptional as space was already prepared. If I had not had a discount I would never have paid full price for this installation.

After a 4 month delay it was done

The installation was quick and painless. The technician was professional and informative about the appliance.

An unqualified team of twenty somethings were unable to complete this install, as they did not have the proper tool to remove the old microwave. Turns out the proper tools were a step stool and a regular #2 Phillips screwdriver. Customer care was reasonably hampered due to the current health restrictions, but after a few transfers, I was able to get a refund for the install, and they were happy to also refund the delivery and haul away fees associated with the original order. I have a higher skill set then some, so even being the first over the counter microwave I have done, it was not hard at all. It was unfortunate that the unit and install were meant to be a Christmas gift, but the balance can now be used toward a future purchase. I don’t blame Best Buy for the poorly trained install team that was sent to my house, but hope that they start to partner with higher quality contractors, to better the overall customer experience. Our sales assistant found us exactly what we wanted, and the color match and functionality of our new unit is perfect.

My installation was done so Professional. Two very nice men installed it. Cleaned up after. Showed me how to use it. I love my microwave.

Very efficient with the defrost featue. Saves time and work. Like the 30 second button to add a little heat to my dish.

Terrible service; had to schedule it 2 times and they still did not get it right. They called me the morning of to say that they could not do the installation, told me a supervisor would call me back and never did. A customer service representative called me back and now wanted to charge over $300.00. I just remodeled my entire kitchen and bought all of my appliances from Best Buy and was very disappointed with the overall service. Each call to customer service takes approximately 30-45 minutes to address any issue and they send you from one person to the next. Bottom line, my hood is still sitting in the box from Best Buy.

They drilled in about 10 holes becuase they didnt know how to measure, and the microwave hasn't lined up with the cabinet nor was it even level.
