I've followed Mr. Derbez' carrier since his TV days in Mexico. He is great! However, I was not a big fan of his movies, until this one. We can fully enjoy his talent and I think it has to do with Mrs. Faris' talent as well. Thoroughly likable and recommendable.

As a fan of the original I was not sure what to expect from this movie, but I must say that I was surprised that it was funny and had a lot more heart than I was expecting. I really enjoyed it, and if you like the romantic comedy genre, you will probably enjoy this.

This is a re-do of the original Goldie Hawn flic in 1987. This time around the shoe is on the other foot. It is the woman who is wronged and I enjoyed it as much as I did the original. There is a lot of funny parts and the actors fit their parts.

I was surprised that I enjoyed this movie. Be on the lookout for a slight nod to the original. Its hard to pass movies off as comedies these days without being raunchy. This is a sweet movie without gratuitous sex or glamorizing drugs.

Perfect female casting to say the least but male lead not so much ...I did like how they switched roles for the remake . Overall not to bad for a remake, even though I kept comparing to the original. It kept me amused

I really liked this movie. If you know English and Spanish, you will find it very entertaining and funny. However, if you only know on language, the movie might not be as funny as when you know both languages.

This movie is a take on a movie we loved from some time ago. This isn't in the same class that one was but if you are bored it was funny if not really believable. We love B movies & found it entertaining.

If you liked the original you'll probably like this remake of Overboard, even if most of the critics didn't. Nice to find the occasional comedy that's not filled with stupid humor or tons of profanity.

Not quite sure what to expect, however wife and I enjoyed it. Of course, you end-up rooting for the kids. Definitely different than the original! However, glad we have it in the library - will watch again!

If you liked the original, you will like this one. The movie is so similar to the first "Overboard," you really shouldn't see the second one within a short period after watching the Goldie Hawn version.

It was a good family movie. While the leading man was not classically handsome he was entertaining. Anna Faris is always enjoyable and funny. It is nice to be able to watch with the whole family.

I purchased this for myself on Black Friday as it was on sale for a great price. Unfortunately I haven't gotten a chance to watch it yet, but based on the previews I've seen of this movie, it's going to be great!! I absolutely love the original Overboard movie, so I'm really looking forward to watching this one as well!!!

Great movie at a bargain basement price. I have the original version and wanted this one too. Purchased during the Black Friday Sale. Store was crowded but the lines moved quickly.

Cute remake of original movie. But this time it’s the girl that takes the rich guy with amnesia after falling off his yacht as her husband. Nice chick flick that has good laughs.

I have to say I loved the first version better but who doesn't live Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. they changed it a bit here and there and updated it and did a good job

It’s not like the classic fil starring Kurt Russell but it’s still a pretty fun film to watch. Great for a family movie night and a funny film to add to the collection.

I know many like the original better. I think it is a good remake of a classic movie. Just wish it had a few less issues with language and content. Message is good.

I loved the original version of this movie, so I was a bit skeptical going into this one, but, I was delightfully surprised. There were even a couple of references to the original in this version. There were a lot of good laughs, and memorable moments in this movie. Good for the entire family.

Really hard movie to watch. Most of it is in subtitles as they speak Spanish and have to translate. Very hard to follow. Wasn't happy with movie at all.

I never seen the original but after I saw this movie made me wanted see the original. I like Both in different ways now I have both movies in my collection.
