This game is a lot of fun when you're playing with multiple people. I have no idea how you could possibly play by yourself though, because it's hard enough with 3! I haven't tried 4 players yet, maybe that makes it a little easier? All I know is that everyone has a good time playing this game. It's challenging and keeps everyone on their toes with how they switch up the levels. You really can't assign positions to people to "beat the system", the game is much smarter than that! Good times!

We picked this up on a recommendation from some friends and took it to a game night (yay switch portability). We all loved it! It was challenging enough that it was exciting, but not so much that anyone got mad and didn't want to play anymore. Great for team building! Solo mode is just as challenging as it is with 4 players!

Game can be fun if you can communicate well with others you're playing with. Get another set of joy-cons and you can enjoy 4-player gaming. I found the joy-cons to be too small and uncomfortable for my hands, ended up using the controller with both joy-cons. Definite party game for 2+ players, must have for the switch.

My family loves playing this game together. The makers know just what to do to make things difficult with new challenges on each level. Your teamwork skills will be put to the test on cooperative mode and the head-to-head mode will let everyone see who is really the one that slows down the kitchen. Lots of fun!

I got this game because my wife loves cooking games. We ended up playing through the full story mode as well as all of the DLC together. Its amazing to play with 2 or more people, but might be less appealing for single player. Notably, the game gets extremely challenging. Requires patience and teamwork.

I already played through this on the PS4, but I had to get it on Switch because I wanted to be able to take this game with me on trips and play with friends. It's such a good fit for the Switch in that respect. However, the control is not as tight as the PS4 version. I often find myself picking up the wrong object because I'm highlighting the wrong square on the grid. It's still crazy fun and I recommend this for Switch owners.

This is a fantastic game that is a great experience for couch co-op. This can be played with 2 players, but I recommend 3-4 players. Within minutes, you’ll be both laughing and shouting at your team members. I think this is well worth the price and recommended for a great time with a group of people.

Great for family gatherings, and parties. With four player mode, the levels are challenging and fun. A great family game, and perfect for a rowdy crew. Single-player is very challenging! A great game.

Overcooked is an absolute blast to play with friends and family! The controls are sometimes just a bit wonky when using a single joycon. Otherwise a thoroughly entertaining experience!

This game is a lot more stressful than one would think. It's fun, but if you are looking for a game to relax with, this is not the game for you. It also requires good planning and cooperation, as well as communication. If you are a game rager, I'd suggest something else.

Wow, this game is immensely fun! Especially with 2-4 players, it makes for a great night of laughs. Constantly blaming one another for kitchen nightmares is hilarious; "Where are the clean plates?", "Why did you give me a tomato, i asked for an onion?", "Why did you put the soup on the floor". Hahaha i'm cracking up just thinking about it, go out and get it, you won't regret it!!!

Game is fun for all family members. It is a tad hard especially for little ones but still fun!

I had no expectation for this game, but have heard a lot of good reviews on it. I wanted something my wife and I could play and honestly we are not huge gamers. The gameplay for overcooked is so simple, yet the level of cooperativeness is grand. This game will never get old and its so easy to please at a house party or just an evening of fun! Go get it, you won't regret this decision!

This game is both friendly competition and team work tied into one. It’s like Diner Dash meets nascar. You have to prepare ingredients and make recipes to serve hungry clients all while in kooky settings like a pirate ship, an iceberg, a moving truck and more. It’s a cute little game but certainly a challenge

Many people have good things to say about this game. This is THE switch party game until mario party comes out. You will find yourself yelling at your friends, as communication is critical to progress the story. Single player has you switching between two chefs which takes some of the fun out of it.

Oh my goodness this is so great!! Love this game and it’s so addicting and the more people the more fun it can be but becareful not too be too bossy when the soup is on burning and the kitchen gets on fire!!! Find the fire extinguisher! Have fun and remember to go to bed at some time before the next day.

This game is SOOOO much fun! Great multiplayer game where everyone will end up screaming at the TV. Simple concept - make food and serve it to customers. You can be lots of different characters, including a raccoon in a wheelchair! Each level is fun and unique. Hard game but extremely fun.

Something that plays well, and the controls are very easy to pick up. The concept is silly and fun, and that is what the game does best, offering solid gameplay that adds nes challenges in higher levels, while still contains that feeling of you won't get everything done in time.
