This reminds me of the early Nintendo cooling games. Quick and simple, but grows challenging over time.

This game does not have much replayability and game play was not as fun as I thought it would be. The price is very high for this game and I would not recommend it at full $39.99 or $31.99 w/GCU. If the price would be similar to the eShop even by +/-$5 then it could be more acceptable buy.

This game is amazing. It's so incredibly fun to play with 2-4 people. A super fun, fast-paced, hectic game. If your a fan of co-op multiplayer or are even just looking for a casual party game, this is it. Not really any frame rate issues (anymore) the first (and non-physical version) had some issues that have LONG since been fixed.
It beats out every switch game (except Zelda and Mario) for me, so so so fun!

Fun Party Game But.....

Overcooked is a fun co-op party game that has a lot of stages and includes the DLC''s but I can't see myself paying $40 for a physical copy when the digital copy is $20. Furthermore, it's one of those games that I would not recommend buying if you don't have anyone to play with (unless you like a challenge) because it becomes more overwhelming than fun. This game is recommend for 2-4 players but I would recommend 3 or 4.

Runs poorly on the switch

The idea of the game is neat, but it runs poorly on the switch. The overworld bus scene has framerate in the teens, and the controls are not as precise as other platforms.
