    So far so good with the non stick. I would have preferred a pan with higher sides but my old pan kept sticking and I bought this one out of desperation. Most of the fry pans I've had only last about 2 years at most so this was on sale and seemed to have good reviews. We'll see....

    I have used this pan several times now to cook coconut curry dishes and it is wonderful. Nothing sticks to it and my dishes come out perfect. It is almost effortless to clean. Make sure you have wooden cooking spoons so you don't scratch the non stick surface.

    I haven't even used the pan yet and I'll give it the benefit of the doubt with a 5*.... HERE'S THE DEAL BESTBUY: This was shipped horrendously. It's amazing it isn't dented with glass everywhere. This came in a box 8x the size of the item. Ok, too much packaging then? No, just one sheet of brown paper the size of a pillowcase crumpled up. Having been ordered three weeks ago and in-transit for a week or two of that, I'm sure this thing was flying all around inside this massive box. Save yourself some headaches; pack better, and if not you, get the message to your supplier. Thanks.

    After a month of use, can confidently say this is a tier above any other nonstick pan I've used. Just wish I got the 'pro' version since I didn't think it would be as versatile as it is, and wish it had the increased oven temperature limit the pro version has.
