    This part was used in the outstanding service by the best buy mechanic is part, makes my car picture come out very clear, and we did not have to use the ac adapter with this part, thank you.

    I had my GPS hardwired into my car by Best Buy. I was pleased they had all of the parts in stock including this adaptor. Now my GPS turns on and off with the key....really nice feature!

    This was a necessary purchase I suppose, to install my dash cam. The installer never explained what it was or that I needed one. He just put it on my bill and in my car, hopefully.

    Love the idea and peace of mind that you have with install on your car and your belongings easy install even for beginners. Just wish my camera had a motion detector on it next time I will buy one. But at least I have the hardware all ready hooked up.

    Went in for free installation of car camera. Was told I needed this and charged for it. Does what it's meant go do but wish I didn't need it in the first place.

    This is recommended by BBY tech installation. It helps to hide the connection totally. A must for dashcam installation I think.
