Originally I didn't think that a power conditioner would make a difference but im telling you they do. For example before the conditioner if I cranked up my receiver the lights would intermittently dim. After the conditioner no more dimming because the power had been cleaned and balanced out! If you have blue lights on your receiver and subwoofer like I do then the blue from this Panamax blends right in for that extra cool factor.

Much better than the Monster unit I purchased five years with a small form factor, but just as heavy, no support from Monster after the unit failed for something so expensive you think there be some kind of compensation or offer to repair it.

I had a lower end power conditioner and used it because it was logically the right thing to do. But, I finally upgraded to this unit...wow! Music sounded completely different - both streaming and original file (CD, FLAC, etc.). A whole new experience with the same Receiver, Speakers and Sub. Worth....every...penny.

This is a fantastic surge protector with a built in circuit breaker. Also does conditioning quite well with minimal interference into my TV. As many outlets and connections as one could ever want, including a USB for charging mobile devices. Looks slick too and displays voltage and amperage.

Give me a piece of mind because I know my 6 sonos amps are protected from any surges or drop of electrical voltage.

I reviewed a couple other surge protectors but I felt this one served my purpose best. Fully satisfied with it
