This model has plenty of features and buttons for different uses - cook, reheat, defrost, and even "keep warm"! It's nice and compact so it doesn't take up a whole lot of room on your kitchen counter but still has a good-sized turntable inside that will accommodate a medium-large casserole dish. Only negative is that it's noisier than our previous microwave, but it's a tolerable noise level. Have had it for a month now and works great!

5 beeps when done are much louder than a Sharp we looked at and tried. Numbers are very visible and has a large interior. My only complaint is that sometimes when you touch a number, it does not always register the first or even the second or third time. Have to try moving your touch around.

I bought this after swearing off low-priced, buy at your own risk microwave ovens like the Magic Chef I bought that lasted less than three months before breaking down. The Panasonic has so far worked very well. The reason I took one star off is because it is bit noisy when running.

This is easy to use, a good price, nice looks. The door is easy to open, the defrost works great on frozen meat. It seems louder than our old microwave but that was 30 years old and have the wattage. Very fast cooking. I would definately purchase this again.

Love our new microwave. We purchased it because we upgraded all our appliance to stainless steel. This one is great when using lower levels of power because it stays constant and does not pulse on and off like most microwaves do. It's a very powerful 1200W microwave and much more so than our 1000W old Panasonic one. Sometimes I have to use a lower level of power to cook or heat things up. It will boil water very quickly. We are very happy with this purchase.

Performance is great, Reduces cook times by 25% or food may overcook. Reading the panel and seeing hot food inside is tough in a dimly lit kitchen! Timer can sometimes be difficult to set as it must be pressed first. Don't expect this unit to last many years either.

My microwave died and i needed to get one ASAP. so i went to Best Buy to pick it up. Long story short, i had to come back again to exchange this because the 1st one didn't have the plate inside. It's pretty noisy, compared to the one we had, and the lights doesn't turn on when you open the door. the light is on when it's in use, but that's the only time it's on. I wish i exchanged it to another one, but they didn't have much of a selection in stock when i went.

Great item. Just big enough for a house of 4, LG MIcrowaves are better though, but for the price .. It is great

I love this microwave. It is 1200 watts which is great because it heats reheats and defrosts quickly. It fits nicely on the counter without taking up too much space. Consumer Reports rated it the best overall microwave on the market and for good reason.

The Panasonic microwave I purchased works well and does what I need. I miss the interior light that my last microwave had and the single button to add 30 sec to cook time but my old microwave only lasted 3 years (GE). It has a reheat feature which supposedly has a sensor but It seems to overheat food and must be watched. Other than that it appears to be a fine machine and I would recommend it.

Great value for the size only wish that the light would stay on when not cooking but overall a great buy
