Excellent value for the price with a clean nice look for the kitchen. Easy to operate.

We are very pleased. We have been searching for a smaller size microwave, since we have a small built in spot over the cabinet it has to fit in. We've been stuck with awful, low wattage junk. We were happy to find a small size one that actually cooks quickly and accurately, at a higher wattage. Thank you, Panasonic!

I bought this microwave for elderly cousins because it has a very clear and easy to use control panels. At 88 and 92 the sisters want a simple and legible user interface and this is great. And by the way, it heats food as well as any small countertop unit.

Purchased this microwave after a 3 month old Magic Chef died. Bought at the recommendation of a store representative who vouched for the quality of Panasonic. So far, so good. Only complaint is that it is a bit louder when running than previous products.

Overall, it is a good microwave. It cooks much faster than my old one so I tend to overcook, however. I wish it had one pre-set cooking button called "dinner plate" like my old one. That was a perfect time and temp for reheating a plate of food... now it is more of a guessing game. It is a lttle confusing to use the sensor cooking. It is a good size, compact enough to fit on the counter but still large enough for my biggest casserole dish.

Solid and powerful but the glass turntable sits on a drive pinion with only one lobe instead if the usual three lobes, consequently the turntable comes off the drive pinion and as it tips it pushes the three roller ring that supports the turntable out of its track so the turntable is lopsided and clatters as it turns

Perfect size and works great no issues. I would definitely buy it again.

Have been using this for about a month. It functions well and I've had no problems with it. The controls are intuitive enough. I like that you can leave the door open to air it out and the light doesn't stay on. Seems solidly build. Happy so far.

Works as expected. My only complaint is that the light does not come on when the door is open. The door does close tight – which I like. Heats things up quickly. Seems to be a well-built microwave.

Cooks/heats extremely fast! This microwave is more powerful than my previous one. Where I would reheat something on half power for 3.5 minutes, I can use the power setting of 30 and heat it for 1 minute with the Panasonic and it will come out piping hot. No complaints on this microwave.

I bought this as a Mothers Day present to my grandmother as she needed a new microwave. I am very happy with this purchase. This microwave does not take up a large amount of space. It also has a large print on its buttons for easy reading which is a plus for elderly consumers. Very easy to use as well!

so far no complaints with this. we really only use it to reheat dinner or cook frozen veggies. our previous microwave was a little bigger which was nice, this is smaller. the only down side with this mircrowave is there is no inside light which is a little strange. other than that, works great!

Default setting is high. Much faster heating than microwave ovens I have previously owned. There are all sorts of functions that I haven't tried yet, but you can either punch in the amount of time in seconds, or just hit the "sensor" button, and let it go. I haven't overheated anything yet.

I really like this microwave. I did a lot of research before getting the panasonic, and it's pretty well liked across the web. It heats water to a boil in 3 minutes compared to my last microwave which took almost 5 minutes. It looks great in white, and has great power options and settings. I don't have any big problems with it, other than it takes up a lot of counter real estate, and the display uses block numbers in yellow that could be easier to read. Other than that, it's pretty great. My true feelings about it won't emerge until I see how long it lasts. If it gives me a few years of solid use and still works just as well, I'll be very happy.

This microwave has been a solid addition to our kitchen. It works well and is easy to program. The feature that I like the best is the Inverter technology. This microwave reduces the power level, instead of turning the power on/off multiple times during cooking. That gives a much better end result, without cold spots or overcooked areas.

Very even and fast cooking -- A+ and love the inverter for great defrosting performance. The sensor cooking works well, but we do find that we have to dial it back a little as it cooks things a little hotter than we'd like. The only real drawback is the noise, and not just the noise that you hear, but also the electrical noise that creates havoc with wifi. When it is running, our wifi gets cut out (at least, any wifi on the 2.4 channel). If you can live the noise, then it's the best microwave we've ever owned.

The Panasonic NN-SN651BA microwave oven has clean lines with reasonable to operate controls. The RF output power rating of 1200 W is high for a mid-size oven. The 'Inverter' technology for consistent heat is unique for controlling output power compared to the usual time pulsed output power used for other brands of ovens. It seems to work effectively. A characteristic that requires getting used to is the changing speed of the cooling/venting fan. This seems to be related to the amount of moisture being released by the cooking food. My two major concerns: The door does not close easily; it requires some deliberate force on the bottom right corner of the door. Opening the door also requires force on the door release button. The interior light only comes on when the door is closed and the oven is heating. It is very helpful to have an inside light when placing items in the oven, and when cleaning the interior. I strongly suspect this oven will not last as long as my 30 years old, still operating, Panasonic microwave!! The new one is not nearly as sturdily built. This seems to be typical for today's appliances. I will recommend this oven only for those who can deal with the above concerns and get it on a good sale price.
