This microwave is holding up well as a back up in a commercial kitchen. It gets fairly heavy use especially on weekends. Controls are easy to use, clock and timer are accurate and power levels are consistent. Unit has all the bells and whistles needed for any normal application.

Very compact. Excellent power and heats quickly. Easy to clean interior.

I got this to replace a Sharp unit that came with the house we bought. I don't even remember the model, just that it was free and it was already on the counter when we took possession. After four years it finally stopped working correctly (it's BAD when your microwave is tripping the circuit breakers) so I did some research. After going through the other reviews I picked this out and so far it works great. There are some little things - the clock is harder to read (bleed through on the LEDs? Filter issues? Not really sure) and the inside light doesn't come on until you're actually cooking. Will we be trading it in? No, because as a microwave it works just fine. When this one dies (and they all do sooner or later) I'll probably spend more time in the store looking at models first before just buying the one that's highest rated online. That's one benefit that you get with Best Buy that you don't get with the online-only retailers.

Bought this microwave to replace a huge Panasonic Convection/Microwave I had for years. Very compact,powerful, and attractive. I didn't know how much space I really had in my kitchen.! It reheats very quickly and cooks frozen veggies very well. I was a able to get the best price at Best Buy and the sales manager was very helpful.

This is a great microwave for small spaces; the keypad is easy to read and the microwave produces minimal noise when heating. I do wish that it had a light that stayed on once you opened the door, though. Other than that I'm very pleased with my purchase.

My old microwave died so I went to Bestbuy to get a Samsung but they were sold out. I saw this panasonic on the shelf it was bigger, and cheaper than the Samsung I was looking at getting, so I bought it. It's powerful and works great just hope it lasts long.

It is very functional for it's price point. Does't have all the bells and whistles but if your looking for the most used functions, this has it. The only downside I have with it is that there is no light when you open it to put in your food. Only when it is running.

This microwave performs all the standard functions associated with devices of its kind and appears to be a sturdy unit. However, it's somewhat ugly, it's a lot louder than other microwaves I've owned, and you can't use the timer while the microwave is in use (unlike my previous microwave). I'm hoping that the device is at least durable given the price, as my last microwave only lasted about five years before the button that opens the microwave door began to have serious problems. The framework on this door seems steady so I hope it will outlast my previous unit, which is all I can really hope for when buying a microwave.

I replaced my old microwave that was on it's last leg if you will. This product is light years ahead of my old sunbeam microwave. It literally heats up left overs in under a minute without fail. Furthermore it is quite spacious and easy to clean. Great Buy!!

I purchased a Panasonic Microwave 15 years ago and it was very reliable. When it broke last month, I decided to purchase another Panasonic brand. Since I didn't use all the features on my old Panasonic Microwave, I downsized and purchased a smaller unit. When pressing the buttons to program the new microwave, it has a tendency to move around the counter. Also, the light bulb inside the microwave only goes on when it is running. It would be nice if the light came on when the microwave door is opened. The fan is also noisy when the unit is running..

Had an old microwave. . .20 years. . . .decided to up grade to something that matched our kitchen. Much more powerful we are constantly adjusting cooking times. Much more attractive, however is somewhat loud.

Since I have all white appliances in my new apt, I got the white and I really like it! It's small enough to fit in my small apt but has got 1200 watts of power to heat things up fast. Love it!

Does a great job; very powerful, heats completely. My only criticism is that the light does not come on when you open the door-only when it is running. Should be reversed in my opinion.

The Panasonic quality does come through for this affordable microwave. It's quiet and powerful for its size, and has some great features, like the inverter technology, which was a selling feature for me. My only minor gripe is that the interior light does not come on when you open the door; it's only on during cooking.

This microwave looks nice, and is a good value for the money. Kind of has a little buzzing noise when it runs, but I guess that doesn't affect performance. I like the inversion feature, and things seem to cook evenly. My only complaint is that the light is only on when the microwave is running, and I would prefer to have the light on when the door is open as well.

I read a number of reviews looking to purchase a new microwave for the first time in years. I then went to my local Best Buy to see what they had to offer. This was not one of the reviews I read, but this model caught my eye. For the price it is a very good value, and the wife says it looks great.

I've only been using it for a few weeks and I love it. The size of this microwave is perfect for me. There are only two of us and I mostly reheat things rather than lots of actual cooking. It seems to heat things all the way through, evenly and quickly. Plenty of power. I like the black color. It looks great in my kitchen

Purchased this micro due to older version of it has a door which is hard to close making it LOUD! The one in store was much easier & quieter to close. Oh well. At least it is not as hard to close door of this one or as loud as other one when close, as yet. STILL, one in store very easy to close .

This microwave fits great on countertop. Large enough to handle large bowls and dinner plates. It is also very powerful. Bought this when it was on sale and was a very good value. We use this microwave daily and love it. Would highly recommend this product.

This microwave is very well designed and is very solid. The reheat and temp heat features cook the food without worrying about spillover or overheating. My pet peeve on a microwaves is a shabby door. This one feels solid like it will take a lot of abuse. Great value for the price.
