Awesome microwave, great for the price and does everything its suppose too!

The microwave is average to me because with in a week the number buttons started to bubble/blister . The light only comes on when cooking. But the unit does cook fine.

The Panasonic 1.3 is just the right size. I purchased this for my mother who is vision impaired and needed a large number pad, so it was selected primarily for that. The white coloring is VERY white and makes her white cabinets look dingy. Other than that, she likes it.

1. Digital display seems dated, 2. Turntable was sluggish initially but got better with usage. 3. Difficult to see if items boil over inside. 4. Unit doesn't light up upon opening the door after cooking is complete.

I bought this microwave for my aging Mom, it has a nice display and is easy for her to use!

I have had several Panasonic Microwaves and have always considered them the best . We changed models when we remodeled the kitchen and needed a smaller unit This model fit perfectly and the white color matched our other new appliances. It does a good job as Micros go, but I have two issues with it and should have returned the unit after purchase . It does NOT have a light in the interior. Every other Micro we have owned or seen have lights. The key pad is very hard to use when you have 70 year old fingers to push on. It is much stiffer than our old Panasonic micro

It does what it supposed to do but I would think in this day they would figure out what people want and implement it. The quick on for thirty seconds requires you to still push the start button. Not a big deal but why? Overall it is fine except a couple of quirks.

Needed a counter top microwave, nothing fancy, just one that does the job. Perfect.

This microwave was purchased for an off campus apartment and it's exactly what we needed.

To open the door the lever is a little stiff to push. Might get better with use.
