This microwave has been great so far. It cooks food quickly and evenly. This microwave is likely to beat other brands and models which are far more expensive. One thing to note is that this microwave does not come with the stainless steel trim piece - for those that have a specific cubby for this to sit in.

I bought because of the size. Fits in built in area. It meets my needs. The only thing I wish was different is the sensor cooking, it has different levels but is not programed what they are for. The manual tells what it cooks at the different levels, so I need to check the manual when I am using sensor cooking. Works well but I wish iit was programed in the microwave.

Could Use A Second Interior Light

Generally easy to use with good instruction manual. Only complaint is that it needs a second interior light to brighten the interior.

This microwave makes a great addition to our new kitchen. It is the perfect size for our needs, runs quietly and provides even cooking throughout. The auto lock/unlock feature is a bit annoying at first, but becomes routine with use.

We bought this as a replacement for our 14 year old similar Panasonic which was so reliable! So we are very pleased with how well it works so far. Worth the valuable real estate it takes on the counter - it doesn't have the disadvantages of microwaves built into top cabinets.

Second one last one made it 5 years hope this one last longer. Great size works very well but has a problem with moisture. Builds up condensation after use has to be wiped out after every use even with popcorn.

Child Safety Lock on the Microwave

This is a good microwave. I had the same one prior to this and the numbers were falling apart so I bought the exact same one but there are a couple of differences - child safety lock and the light is not bright at all!! Whatever happened? Why is it so dim? Is it defective?Should I return it?

This is the second time I’ve purchased this particular Panasonic microwave. It fits perfectly in my built-in grill Been very pleased with the performance of first Panasonic microwave. It has outperformed very expensive upscale microwave originally installed.

Our Sharp died a dramatic death after 18 years of faithful service. We needed a large platter but not a large microwave. The sharp was a great design with the controls running across the top reducing the width while maintaining the cavity 1.6cu ft 1200watts. Enter this unit. Same specs, similar platter 16 vs 18” and newer better defrost functionality. (AWESOME) We LOVED it so much (that when the first one died after two years from some misuse… arg), we bought another. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It gets used daily for many applications… oh did i mention DEFROST! Yessss. You won’t regret it.

I tried my Panasonic microwave over for the first time and I was impressed. I warmed up some food, put it on for 30 seconds and it was good to go Now, the recpices I was given and the dishes I can order to cook with, can't wait for my other delicious foods I cand do in this microwave. Overall, this is the best I ever baught!

Great microwave. Wish it had a one touch 1 minute button (our old one did). Took a minute to figure out how to shut off child lock, but otherwise no issues.

We are very happy with this microwave. It is a nice size and has many features and warms food up evenly. As we use it in the office the only feature that is a little frustrating is the child lock as it is easy to do by accident.
