The interior lighting is poor. Very dark if not out in the open of the room it is placed in.

New model version, find something different
Sl4ck3r Posted
This is a new version of the same model. I purchased it online and had it delivered. Upon first use, it had a loud noise at start up and shut down with a fan hitting a shroud inside. I returned it to a store in person for an exchange, only to have the replacement (same new version) have the problem even worse. It doesn't really matter what other features it has when it is actively destroying itself as it is used. We ended up getting an LG as we don't trust this new version of the model doesn't have a fundamental manufacturing flaw.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered with the new version of our model. This is certainly not the experience we expect our customers to have, and we genuinely apologize for the inconvenience. The loud noise and fan issue you described are unusual and may be related to improper grounding of the unit, which can sometimes affect performance. However, we take your feedback seriously and will be looking into this matter further. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we regret that we didn’t meet your expectations with this product. -M

Very nice. Replaces our old Panasonic. This has many more features and big enough for just about anything anyone would want to put in a microwave. The other Panasonic lasted many years and was still working, but seemed to losing its power.

Had to return this microwave as it was making a stutter noise whenever we pressed start. Best Buy made it a breeze to return. Brought it back without the box and just my online receipt. They didn’t have an exact replacement in stock, but I got a comparable one which I love!(samsung)
