When it done , youd have to press an unlock button inorder to open the door. Theres also amd option to remove that feature. But for thise that have kids .i highly recommend this microwave!!

Stop with the safely stuff I hate having to push a button to open the door.

It lasted close to 10 years. So I wanted to stick with the same thing when I bought a new one, saw this in the store and got it. In less than a year it already has several problems. The door sticks when I open it, I have to use both hands to open it. Seems like a piece inside near the door is broken. I can deal with that issue but it also doesn't function properly. The motor for the carousel plate is already damaged...it stutters and makes lots of noise. Doesn't spin the food correctly. The whole microwave seems cheaply made with bad parts. I would love to give this a better review because I lived my old Panasonic inverter like I said it lasted a long time and was made to last. This is just cheap junk thrown together and sold at higher price.

Yes, it is powerful enough, but the ease of use just isn't there. The interior light is the tiniest little light I have ever seen. It may as well not be there. There is no way to use the microwave in the dark, as the panel of buttons does not light up. Turning the micro on requires pushing more buttons than what should be necessary. I want my Breville microwave back!

Panasonic has a problem...

Totally unsafe for cooking. Microwave still works but i wont cook in it with peeling finish which is flaking off with rust appearing underneath. Terrible quality. I used to trust Panasonic...now ill stay away .
