Best Buy made it a breeze to return. Brought it back without the box and just my online receipt. They didn’t have an exact replacement in stock, but I got a comparable one which I love!(samsung)

Turntable drive defect

But the model(s) we had before were no longer available and this was the closest one in the size we needed. It had a manufacturing defect, though; it made a loud, repeating clicking sound for about ten seconds when the turntable started and then for about fifteen seconds when the turntable stopped, indicating slippage occurring in the inner workings of the turntable drive system. We returned it and bough a Hamilton Beach model which was HALF the price and has had no problems whatsoever.

Close but no cigar

I had to return and go by the exact same model that I was replacing. This wasn’t a BB issue, just an issue with my installation restrictions.

That was a disaster. The door did not not line up and that seemed to throw everything off. We could not get the child proof lock to go off and no matter how long you set it to run, it only ran for a second and shut off. We returned it.

New model version, find something different

I purchased it online and had it delivered. Upon first use, it had a loud noise at start up and shut down with a fan hitting a shroud inside. I returned it to a store in person for an exchange, only to have the replacement (same new version) have the problem even worse. It doesn't really matter what other features it has when it is actively destroying itself as it is used. We ended up getting an LG as we don't trust this new version of the model doesn't have a fundamental manufacturing flaw.

Defective Unit

Trying to get BB to help with defective and replacement units was confusing, frustrating and ultimately futile. Ended up returning for a full refund. Not recommending neither the model nor the seller
