    Power supply failed requiring a service provider only after 2nd use. Trying to get BB to help with defective and replacement units was confusing, frustrating and ultimately futile. Ended up returning for a full refund. Not recommending neither the model nor the seller

    Lasted 18 months. Wasnt amazing while we had it. I had the same microwave my entire childhood. This is ridiculous.
