I am loving my new microwave so far. The defrost is great. I am a little concerned about durability. Twice in about the month I have had it, I have had trouble getting it to start. So is the key pad going to fail? I'm glad that I read the reviews and purchased the warranty.

wanted stainless steel but store only had white. Do not care for the beeping, loud. Door seems light weight , hope it holds up.

Great microwave! Heats evenly and is large enough for anything you would want to cook or warm.

We purchased this to replace our microwave which ceased to work. It was easy to setup and use. The manual is clear and easy to understand.. One problem is cooking instructions which are placed on the bottom shelf an can only be seen when the door is opened. Full size instructions are in the manual as the print inside the door are just too small. Still a very good microwave.

Mower power, size and features than any other in it's price range. A great value.

Have had a couple months now and haven't had any problems. I like the 30 second button. Most have a minute button. If you need a minute you can hit it twice. Also has a sensor reheat button that works pretty well, depending on what you are reheating. Same watts as my previous microwave but doesn't seem to heat as fast. Still roomy and works great. No complaints.

The product has plenty of power to do what we need. It is very easy to keep clean inside and outside.

Can't go wrong with a full size Panasonic microwave. I'm able to do a lot of large dishes and with the Panasonic Inverter Technology, food is evenly cooked throughout. I am also very happy with the purchase from Best Buy because they had the lowest price during the holiday season compared to other stores and even Amazon. I highly recommend this microwave.

This is a good size microwave. It allows me to use a 9 x 12 casserole dish. Has good power.

makes a lot of noise when I open and close the door. Plus the beeper is a little louder than my old Panasonic microwave inverter. Wanted this one for the size but they only had white in store were out of stainless. Could have waited for a week for them to obtain stainless but need was the day before...............

Working a long day, the last thing I wanted to come home to (when trying to get dinner together) was a dead microwave when I was attempting to defrost food. Looked online, found this at my local Best Buy, and have been very pleased with it. It works even better than my prior, and it's a purchase I'm glad to have made.

Solid microwave with a couple of challenges. There are presets, but the user can only select the numbers without descriptions. For example, there is an oatmeal preset (#1), but you have to have a cheat sheet to remember the number. Also, the microwave is VERY powerful, and it will overcook your food if your not careful. Overall, it is a good microwave for the price.

This is my second Panasonic microwave. It cooks food fast and has a led light inside. Large capacity but it does not take a lot of counter space.

If you are looking for a large microwave, this is a great choice. I love the sensor reheat and cooking. My baked potatoes are done to perfection every time. The light inside is amazing, also while cooking. The defrosting works great without starting to cook the meat. Great choice!!

This is the biggest & most powerful microwave I've ever owned.
