Perfect size in and out, easy to use it, very nice loocking.

Size is big enough for the plate lunch to fit in it. I like the popcorn feature that goes to less than 3 oz and the timing is perfect so you don't burn the popcorn. Our microwave before from Panasonic lasted over 10 years.

This microwave has worked well since it was purchased about a month ago. Heats up food much quicker than my older model. I would suggest that they put a defrost food button on this unit to make it easier, and the timer noise could be a little louder.

Bought this microwave for the inverter. Very powerful microwave in comparison to the replaced model. Be sure to check the depth of where you place this microwave. I didn't measure the depth of the cabinet prior to purchase and now need to modify the cabinet. Microwave itself has given us no problems though. I'm satisfied.

This microwave replaced an older model Panasonic that we had for 15+ years. So obviously the make a quality product.

The microwave operates as intended, is quick to heat things up and is very quiet. I would have given it 5 stars but the black finish on the exterior is not very durable. Looks cloudy out of the box and is easily scratched with just a paper towel.

Works great when new except door latches very hard. Even if you try and close it slowly you still need to push it hard to get it to latch shut. Doing this over a period of months was enough to cause the front window to fall out of the door frame. Had to snap it back in several times. Then the interior light would stay on after closing the door so it senses the door is still open and will not turn on. Must now push the door up and down to get the light to go out and micro to turn on and work. After a month of this it now doesn't work 9 times out of 10. Great size, cooks great, just extremely poor quality in regards to the door setup and latch system. Five months of use and now it's useless. Will be going back to Best Buy to try and get it exchanged. We wanted a white full size microwave and unfortunately this is the only model/brand we can find in this size, so will probably be getting another one despite being a piece of junk. Comes with a one year warranty, about to test that and see if it's true.

Best microwave for the money. I like the 16 inch turntable design, allowing for large plates.

Attractive model. Easy to change settings. Offers numerous options. Easy touch controls.

This microwave is great and works well. The inside is also very large which is nice for some of the bigger dishes we have. My girls also like that they can do both of their oatmeal bowls at the same time no problem

All is great to date! I'll return to purchase additional items in the future

Large microwave oven of 1200 watts which quickly heats. All my household appliances are white and so it was a challenge finding a white microwave oven with at least 1000 watts. Due to its large size---I lost real estate meaning that it takes lots of counter space.

1. I had the previous Panasonic Genius Microwave for 8 years. The only problem was the button handle broke and the part would have cost a lot, so we decided to buy a new microwave. I like everything about it except the manufacturer seemed to ratchet down the cooking ability because things that I cooked w/the old micro cooked faster than this one. I was surprised to find out that this new Micro only had only 12.3 Amps for a 1250 watts; Other new Micros with same 1250 watts used stronger Amps. (I know my electricity is strong because I had a dedicated Electrical Plug put in the Kitchen then directly to the Electric Panel). Perhaps the 12.3 Amp is why it takes longer to cook than older Micro. 2. The lady that sold the Micro was very nice and informed on her products.

This microwave has a large interior, a big turn table, plenty of speed options, and is powerful. We've now used this one in black, and the SS model before it. Very happy with both.

My last microwave was Panasonic and it lasted many years. This one is almost the same size but it's an inverter type. I like the selection options a bit better on the old one, but, so far, this one is doing great.

15 years with the first one of this model I looked for the updated model of the same one I had purchased back then. Found it and am sure it will last another 15-20 years.

Purchased my house 5 yrs. ago Microwave went out. I liked this microwave so I bought same model. I liked the features on old model better so we'll see how long it last.

Bought this microwave when our old one stopped working. It's the same model as our previous one which lasted three years. It's great size for a large family I just wish they would last a little longer.
