HI Best Buy & All, My Mother loves this Panasonic full-size microwave. We have had only Panasonic microwaves over the years. This black full-size microwave belongs to the Panasonic "Genius" line, and it is wonderful. It has various desirable features, 1250 watts of power & 2.2 cubic ft. This is a wonderfully large microwave for the family. Thanks Best Buy for continuing to offer the Panasonic "Genius" line of microwaves. The "Genius" line has been around for a very very long time and continues to remain one of the most reliable, well-made microwaves there are. Thanks again! LJJ

It is a lot larger than we thought. But that's ok. Quiet running, very quick. The small complaint I have is the words on the buttons are a bit difficult to read.

I purchased this machine to replace one the same size and manufacturer which lasted more than 17 years, hope this one does the same. The only complaint I have is the clear plastic that covers the control buttons came wrinkled and bubbled so I know that it will be an issue as the thing gets older. Panasonic quality control seems to have gone by the wayside. I couldn't justify in my mind packing it up and paying to send it back and be without a microwave for another 2-4 weeks until a replacement came so it stayed. I will definitely reconsider product loyalty in my future purchases. And I really like Panasonic products, oh well.

Although with 50 to 100 more watts than our failed unit, this microwave gets the job done with ease. I would recommend it to a friend.

Nice, large microwave. This is our second one. Unfortunately the door still has the same problem: makes a loud noise when you close it.

We replaced another model in the Panasonic Family with this one. They seem to have improved the door design, and the price was right.

PURCHASED THIS MAKE & MODEL TO REPLACE THE PREVIOUS MICROWAVE - SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE SIZE - NEEDED TO BE LARGE ENOUGH TO FILL THE DESIGNATED AREA IN THE CABINET.

This is the third Panasonic of this type that we have had. We likde the size and functioning until each of the previous ones died.

The microwave works great. It heats food quickly and evenly. I like the 30 sec cooking button. The microwave looks good and matches colors of my other kitchen appliances.

This is my 2nd Panasonic microwave. The first one still worked, but the door wasn't latching closed completely and sometimes kept the microwave from coming on. I was very pleased with it until the door gave me problems. The reasons I chose the Panasonic again was because of its high wattage, large capacity, and great reviews. The turbo sensors are wonderful for defrosting and re-heating. It's been the best microwave I've every owned. I love it and chose it even over any convection/microwave combo.

I had a similar microwave that finally stopped working after many years of heavy usage. It was good to find a similar model still being made and at a reasonable price.

I love the large size of this freestanding model. Panasonic has corrected the door problem they had on their previous model. Overall, a good value.

Inside space very large. Excellent power. Popcorn button allows for three different sizes - convenient.

Panasonic - 2.2 Cu. Ft. Family-Size Microwave - White is really great and lasts a long time.

I purchased this microwave September of 2016 and it's still doing well. The Inverter technology is great. It reduces the microwave's power level instead of cycling the microwave on and off so I presume it causes less wear on internal components. The keypad is soft touch and the screen is plenty bright. The carousel glass is sturdy. The only part that feels flimsy is the door open push button, but it's holding up fine so far.

This is much larger than anything we have previously owned but it fills our needs, entirely.

The only negative I find about this Microwave is that the door is loud when closing the door, otherwise it works great and fast.

Great Value for the price. Big, full size counter top unit. not too heavy to carry. whats not to like, it does what it says!

We have been using this microwave now for several weeks with good results. Still need some time to get use to the power difference from our 1986 unit it replaced. That being said, they don't make em' like they used to as now all plastic and doubt we will get thirty years out of this one! We first purchased the Panasonic model online that goes for around $120 but we didn't even open the box and swapped it out for this one, seems much nicer for thirty dollars difference.

Purchased for break room at work. It has worked really well. Everyone seems to like it.
