What I LOVE about my new microwave is that it is HUGE inside and it is VERY powerful. However, I can reduce the power for things like omelettes. With my old microwave, if I asked for half power, it would use full power, half the time, cycling on and off several times each minute. This one has truly variable power and it makes a BIG difference. Also, I like the preprogrammed settings. My omelettes are PERFECT. They are no longer gooey in the middle and crunchy on the outside. This preprogrammed setting with the sensor cooking works perfectly for 2 eggs or 6 eggs. It knows when it is done :-). It cooks very fast. It cooks more uniformly than any other microwave I have used. Truly variable power. Nice looking. I bought this to replace an old GE Convection/Microwave built-in. This one is white and fit the space, but it didn't come with a trim kit. I had to adapt the old one to fit. I also do miss the convection setting, and my old one had a probe I could put in my glass or mug. I entered a temperature and it held the beverage there until I had time to come drink it -- and it beeped quietly every couple minutes to remind me it was in there. With 3 kids under 3yr old, I rarely had time to sit down to sip hot cocoa, but it was nice to know it would be the perfect temperature when I finally got the chance! So that is what I miss. Other reviews mentioned that it is hard to see through the window. Actually, that doesn't bother me, but the bluish tint isn't right for my kitchen decor. I wish it was a more standard grey, white or black hue.

Bought this for what I feel was a bargain! Not only was the price low to begin with, Best Buy happened to have a coupon at the register for an additional 20% off. My wife wanted a bigger microwave and I wanted a bargain, we both won with this deal!

Very happy with this product. It is a full sized oven & does take up a lot of space but it's worth it to be able to put large items in to warm. We are very impressed with the turbo defrost feature. It definitely defrosts everything evenly.

This microwave not only looks great, but it functions terrific. It's performance is simply outstanding, It can cook a large size turkey. Our last Panasonic lasted several years, this one will last even longer. I would recommend this microwave even though it cost more than a lot of cheaper models.

We love this large capacity microwave with higher power capacity. It's easy to get large dishes in and out. We're able to cook many things on a range of lower power settings. The menu is uncomplicated. We really like the fact that we bought this at a low promotional price. Thanks, Best Buy!

I bought this microwave to replace an older one that I had. I like the size of the interior. I like the cooking time that does not take as long as what it says on the packaging. I like the ease of operation of programming.

It's cavernous and easy to operate. Door feels a little cheesy, and the seal could be better but no issues with it after several weeks of daily use now. Highly recommend at the price point.

It is easy to use, very quiet. I love the defrost, quick. The inside is very spacious, I do not have to worry if the container I am putting in the microwave will fit. Great buy!

After reading so many microwave reviews that were bad, I came across this microwave and it's reviews. So far it's all I had hoped for in a microwave. It's large enough to hold a variety of dishes on it's large turntable. The turntable can be easily removed and returned to it's seated position for cleaning. It cooks evenly and well. The light comes on when you open the door. And the control panel is intuitive and easy to use. If it lasts a few years, I'm happy.

Purchased in black to replace same model in white that I've had for 9 years. Very classy looking. Never had a problem until the motor blew. We are heavy duty microwave users so I am surprised it lasted as long as it did (1 family member kept forgetting to remove foil wrappings). Popcorn doesn't always pop completely & may burn a little(could be the brand I use). Excellent defrost and cooking main dishes. Sensor is amazing for cooking vegs and all of the other options. This is a powerful microwave so the trick to perfection is to deduct a few minutes from the suggested time in the directions.

I needed a high quality product that fit in the space that was very tight, this product is an excellent buy and the features are awesome! Like I said the size was a MAJOR factor. So far, very pleased

Replaced a 17 year old Kenmore microwave that I absolutely loved with this new model. Looked at a lot of microwaves before deciding on this one, but it seemed to offer a generous size along with the features that we use most often. The inverter cooking system seems to work well. I have cooked "baked" potatoes several times and the potato button has worked each time, cooking them just right. Defrosting butter with the specifications that they give (1 minute @ 30% power) worked perfectly. Minimal melting and ready to spread. There is a little learning curve just because the access to cooking modes is a little different and I was used to my old machine. All in all I think that I made the best choice.

Cooks evenly and quickly. Nice features. It had been several years since we bought our previous microwave, so the advancements and extra features are above and beyond what we had before. Love it. It is large, though, so make sure you have adequate countertop space,

My previous microwave was also a Panasonic, and I had it for 28 years! This on is much bigger inside, but only slightly bigger outside...and nearly twice a powerful. Easy to use and even if it lasts half as ling as the old one it's a great value

We were looking for a new microwave and found this one at a great price. It's a little bigger than what we were expecting, but we knew we were buying the largest model. It has tons of room inside and even for it's size it's very light and easy to move around.

I absolutely love this microwave !!!! It is large inside with a nice turntable. It heats up everything so quickly too! If you take the time to read the directions you can really personalize it to your own specifications. It is worth your money!!!

Excellent counter top microwave. Very affordable with many features. Large interior works well for full sized dinner plates. Easy to use controls makes choosing the right setting quite simple

This is a replacement for another Panasonic microwave that lasted about 2 years. That seems to be their lifespan these days. Microwave looks good and fits perfectly on the counter. It has the invector technology that keeps the temperature even when defrosting meats, etc. It cooks quickly. It lacks the extra cooking settings that my old microwave had, i.e., sensor cooking side dishes, frozen foods, soups, cereal. In that, I'm a little disappointed, since I was not able to find a microwave with those same settings. If you're looking for that, look at other microwaves. However, for heating and cooking simple things, this one does the job for the right price. I would suggest you get the 4 year protection plan. I've been replacing microwaves ever 2 years or so. It's nice to know I won't have to buy one for another 4 years. I would recommend to a friend with the above advice.

This is a great microwave. 1250 watts is great and it heats up food quicker than a lower powered microwave. It has a lot of quick and smart options. One button operations. Super big. Plenty of room to heat up meals for the family.

I have always bought Panasonic after I could not find a sharp in that size and Im very pleased with the product. As for store employees, couldnt find and when I did it was someone from Pacific Sales and told me the item was out of stock even though I check stock on web. Finally I told her to check the stock room as she said it has to be on the sales floor. She checked the back and found it and before I could do anything she rang my sale before I could add my warranty. Then she couldnt void the sale so I wasnt going to pay twice so she called someone to help. They voided out the sale and started over. The associates are in too much of a hurry to close sales they need to give the customer time and offer the extended warranty and not have the customer ask for it. I may try a different bestbuy in hopes I get better service.
