We had this same model for four years, but had to pitch it when it started malfunctioning. We looked at everything else in a countertop, but sizes and features did not match up to this one, so we bought it again. One drawback is that we have learned that you must be sure to also press the button that opens the door when you go to close it too, otherwise we believe it weakens the latches, which may have been the cause of the malfunction of our first one.

Microwave programs easily. Large interior lets you use 9x13 pans. High power makes cooking quick.

I had a very old Panasonic that lasted for a long, long time. It recently stopped working. I researched online and discovered that Panasonic was still the most highly rated microwave brand. We went to Best Buy to look at our options, and chose this for its large inside space to cook, but yet it had a small footprint on the counter. The cook features are easy to use. I am glad I purchased this brand and model.

Biggest most powerful microwave I've ever seen in a regular kitchen which fits perfectly in my condo. I love this microwave! Perfect for small dishes and perfect for a family dish. Really powerful as well, be careful when using regular frozen dinner type directions, it takes less time. Plus Best Buy sells this product for about $70.00 less than Amazon. I think I've found my new favorite buying site. :)

The microwave is easy to program. It's full size allows for more than just warming up.

The interior of this microwave is huge it appears you can stick a 20 pound turkey inside. The keypad is easy to read although I wish it was back lit. Althought to understand all the "cooking functions", I think you'll need a college degree. It's extremely powerful and will cook your food more quickly than you expect coffee water is only 123 seconds time for boiling hot. If I had a choice I would buy this microwave again.

Heats up quicker than your typical microwave. Quiet.

I've been using this microwave for more than a month now and I am very happy with it. It is very easy to use and the control panel/keypad is very straightforward and user friendly. I enjoy my new microwave because it easy to use and it heats faster. the size is bigenough to heat a large dish or two dinners at the same time. Bth black color is perfict for my kitchen as my other appliances are all back.

So far it has been a great microwave. With 1250 watts cook times for most things are less than the packaging recommends and there is a lot of room. One thing I didn't realize until I got the microwave home was how large it would be inside and out. Looking at it in the store next to other similar sized microwaves didn't help. So make sure you have the counter space.
