Has all the features needed in a microwave and I love the large size.

I bought this microwave because ours died on xmas eve. I went to get another similar unit/brand, but they were sold out at the time. I bought this on a whim and it is much better than my last unit. The cook/reheat times are great as you would expect from a unit of this size and it doesn't have that annoying reminder beep if you don't take your food out.

This unit is large but works flawlessly. Defrost feature is superb.

We had a previous version of this same microwave and when it died I looked for the latest version and this is it. Works perfectly and now has a few extra features that are great. As title says, don't spend a bundle for a microwave that has a lot of bells and whistles you don't need and will never use- this model does everything you could want.

I knew nothing of this microwave until your saleslady told me how great and easy to use it was. She has one herself and was very impressed with how it worked. My husband and I are equally impressed with it and the price is good for this microwave. So glad I bought this one.

This microwave is large and the touch buttons are easy to use. It has so many more uses than just microwaving. It can defrost and also will keep your food warm for 30 minutes after microwaving. I made a good choice with this purchase.

Had one of these which bit the dust after 3 years, guess Microwaves have a short life span. Really liked the controls it has, the size and power wattage. The internal size is great if I wanted to cook something in a casserole dish I could fit inside this one. Checked out Best Buy and found a discount code on-line to make it a great price < $140

We had a panasonic microwave from 1993 that finally stopped working this year (2015). I looked online and basically found one that was just like it but with an updated control panel and induction heating and it works great. No cold centers on our food anymore and an easy to use number panel. Hopefully this one will last another 22 years!

I'm very frugal yet am glad that I stepped up to this level of quality and price point. I mostly like that it is quiet, defrosts nicely without ruining meats and the edges of food, plus I like all of the options, and a user's guide that is actually helpful and concise.

Microwave has quite a few features. Aids in quick cooking.

I use my microwave on a daily basis and was wanting something that was big enough to fit a large bowl. This microwave fit the bill. Not only is it big enough, it does a good job at cooking the food evenly. I was very happy with the quality I received for the price.

I bought this because my other microwave stopped heating and was inconsistent when it did. With this microwave I get a consistent heating and defrosting of food. We can set it to heat in a series of times and power levels which is great for soups. We have to adjust some times for recipes as they cook much faster. I just love it.

My last Panasonic Microwave lasted over 33 years! I do miss it. This one is very nice. I haven't used every feature yet. What I can say is that I've boiled water, cooked frozen items, defrosted meat and reheated leftovers. It does a great job. Unlike other reviews, the clock is very easy to read. I like the quick minute feature. The more/less feature does not work with every function. I wish it did. Since it doesn't have a handle like my old one, the outside is constantly full of fingerprints and needs to be cleaned a lot. The front glass is full of little black dots and it is hard to see what you are cooking. That's the major downfall, but as long as it works great, I'm happy and hope it will last as long as my other one. Panasonic is known for great products.

Had Panasonic before for almost 8-9 years; something 'blew/popped' while using it and it started smoking; unplugged and tossed (didn't want to take any chances); went immediately to get a replacement, won't have anything other than a Panasonic. Performs as expected, no surprises. Size and wattage meets my usage needs and then some.

they still need to work on improving door latch. needed to replace same model last spring. had it about 2 years then it started operating on its own. had to unplug to turn light and rotating tray off. Panasonic readily told me it was a latch problem and not to use.(Duh)They refused to pay for fix. They also were rude. $50 to $75 to carry in plus parts and labor locally. I chose Sharp model, then it just died for no reason 6 months. Sharp was very polite, but I needed a large microwave with holidays coming. Sharp had no comparable models or nor same model so they refunded me. no availability date and no nearby sharp repair service center. It had features missing above. This time I went ahead and purchased a best buy warranty for the Panasonic. hopefully better luck this time.
