We bought this product to replace a 4 year old GE microwave that had just about given up the ghost. It has proved to be superior in every way. No more half cooked food and it is faster than any of the two microwaves it replaced. So far everything it has been used for has been excellent. I have recommended it to a friend.

Good price point. Intuitive controls on the front. Quiet as a microwave can be. Cooks fast and evenly. The only negative is I wish they used a more attractive green color for the LED display.

It's larger than what we need and I dare to say a little to powerful for certain items, but on the whole it is performing very well. Con: it's hard to see through the door weather or not the water is boiling. Pro: the light comes on when you open the door~!

I looked at a lot of microwave ovens when I wanted to replace my old one. There are tons of different models out there to choose from but this Panasonic stood out to me. Price point and the amount of features were some of the important criteria that I looked. It seemed that other microwave ovens that had the kind of features that I wanted cost way more that this Panasonic. As it turned out, this Panasonic was one of the first ovens that I looked at and I rejected it out-of-hand just because I couldn't believe that you could get a quality oven with those bells and whistles for that little money. I thought it was probably an el cheapo that would fall apart in a short amount of time. Boy, was I wrong. After doing my research and finding much more expensive big name brands where you were paying for their name and that didn't have as many features, I took another look at the Panasonic. I liked the huge oven cavity. You could cook a medium sized pizza in there if you were so inclined or bake a cake (OK, it won't bake but you could fit the cake in there). The power controls are easy to work and the timer readout does more than just give you the count-down. It shows you what power level you are cooking at and it beeps at you when it changes power levels and when it is finished. The controls are programmable for delayed start or for cooking so long at one power setting and then switching to another. But the very best features are it's sensory cooking and sensory reheating. There are sensors in the oven that detect when the food is getting hot enough to start evaporating water and it adjust its cooking levels and times accordingly. I always had to guess at what amount of time to set my old oven to reheat some left-overs and I usually got it wrong. It was either still cold so that I had to heat it some more or I would end up with crispy critters when I opened the oven. With the sensory reheat all I have to do is stick my left-overs in the oven and hit the sensory reheat button then the Start button. I don't set a time or power level because the oven will decide that for me. My left-overs come out well heated but not over heated. I heated some left-over pizza and it tasted the same as it did when I got it from the pizza place. It was perfect and I didn't have to do any guess work. This feature alone was more than worth the price of the oven. If you are a single person and/or you don't know much about cooking then this is the oven for you. The only caution is to measure the space where you are going to put it because it is takes up a lot of counter or shelf space.

This microwave is much better than I thought it would be. i love the sensor reheat and cook buttons. It takes the guess work out of cooking and my kids don;t have to ask every single time how long they have to put their leftovers in for.

This Microwave works wonderfully, it's much bigger than my old Sharpe model which only lasted less than a year. It cooks well and the key pad is well lite with easy to read numbers. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a Panasonic microwave and plus I got a great price from Best Buy.

I am very pleased with this Panasonic Microwave. I bought a full size Panasonic 30 years ago. It served me very well for 30 years and I wanted another one just like it. I bought the newer version a few months ago and am very happy. It is big enough to hold a 13 inch baking dish and still have the turn table turn. It has 10 power levels, I can set it to any amount of time, it heats very evenly and very quickly. It is quite powerful. The price was good. If I were to need another microwave, this is the one I would buy. They also sell it in a smaller version. We gave the smaller one to friends for a wedding present and they have been very happy with it.

This one is big. It is good to be able to cook a turkey in a microwave, right? The only issue is that this one is also big on outside dimensions, so you need to have space for it. All controls seem fine, and it does a good job cooking stuff well.

Microwave ovens are really as easy to use now as a toaster, and they should be. The buttons are intuitive, the cook sensors are great. It cooked 4 potatoes quickly. It's reheat sensor thoroughly reheated a dinner plate without burning. The timer feature is great. After you put in the cook time, you hit TIMER then put in the wait time and hit START. The oven goes through it's cooking cycle and when that is through it beeps and starts the count down for however long you want your food to wait in the oven. Once done, its gives the double beep for done and you are all set.

best microwave I ever own, has a lot of heating power. Less time warming up food. and the inside looks like you could fit a 12lb.turkey in it. Worth all the money, so if your in need of a new microwave I would invest in this one.

Bought to replace similar model that finally died after many years of good service. This one is marginally larger and more powerful. We don't use the fancy features - mainly reheat and defrost, with some simple cooking. The sensor-reheat does not need an extra minute or two like the old one. I do prefer the pull handle on the door of the old model, but as long as it sits solidly on the counter, pushing the door release works smoothly, and closing the door takes a bit of effort, but not excessive. I have no idea why so many reviews claim it is hard to push the door release or close the door. Even better that they matched a great online price I found just before purchasing.

I would highly recommend for it's performance and size. Love this more than I imagined. Very knowledgeable and polite salesman, took plenty of time helping compare and explaining other microwaves. What I have always found to be true with me and friends is the employee at the service desk, have no clue what they are doing, misinform (just make up something to say when they have no idea what a correct answer is), very rude and insulting, hurry the customers out of the way after having to wait for them to come out of the back room. I avoid this store now because a certain rude female that makes her own rules for the store customers. I will go else where from now on.

This microwave cooks food efficiently and evenly. The size of this microwave is manageable. It is not too big on the outside although the inside is quite large. I highly recommend this microwave. Easy to learn to use, too.

Light weight microwave for it's size. Lighter than our old one. Easy to move if needed. We have lots of family sized cookware from Tupperware. Smaller units would not work. Love the Inverter feature. Quiet operation. One minute feature works great to reheat any cup of coffee.

Very pleased with this microwave. I did loads of research and read many reviews. Decided this was the best and most reliable microwave for our needs. Works great and so easy to operate. I would highly recommend this product!

So far this microwave is everything the reviews and product description stated. I have not 'cooked' meat in the microwave yet, but it heats foods quickly without making certain foods (chicken) rubbery. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this microwave to anyone.

The power is quick and helpful in cooking. The sensor feature eliminates guessing of the needed cooking time. I like the quick minute by minute setting. The interior is easy to clean, so is the exterior. The size is perfect for the already existing cabinet in which to set the unit.

The microwave we had suddenly stopped working and so we had to go out and purchase a new one that evening. After looking at reviews this one seemed to be the best purchase for the price, while also filling the size we were looking for. We've had it for several months now and have been very satisfied. You have to adjust the recommended heating times down from what food packaging says because the microwave is so strong. But it does a good job. We did notice the one in the store had issues with the door closing, but have NOT had that issue with ours. Maybe just the store model? Best Buy had the best price on the microwave of any retailer. And no need to go for a bigger/more expensive microwave as this has all the options needed.

I really like the microwave, it works well. It heats up fast. The only down side about it, is that I really regret buying such a huge microwave. I wish they had a smaller verison. Other than that anyone looking to purchase a high quality microwave, this is it! You won't regret!

I looked at the fancy new features and thought about them. This one did not quite make the top cut, but like others have already said, it has a good set of base features. Getting more complicated with programming the cook time is more than I have tried to do too. Here is the deal. I put in food, I may press defrost, I enter time... and it works. I do not hear music as it cooks nor does it tell me I am special, but the food is hot without being burned. I had the previous model and it did a good job too.
