This is my first ever foil shaver. Got it on sale too. It looks great and is very comfortable on the skin. It moves with the contours of your chin and neck. The 13000 rpm motor is very noticeable and you can tell that it is doing its job. Panasonic really did a great job. I read the other reviews and recommend this for anyone. So far, I haven't any problems. It's easy to clean by just running some water with some liquid soap. The only complaint is the loudness but I guess that's just the 13000 rpm motor doing its job. There are others like Braun, Remington and Norelco out there, but I really felt this Panasonic was the best bargain. It comes with a pop up trimmer for mustache and beard work and when you cut it on it lets you know how much power the battery has left for you decide to recharge which by the way doesn't take too long either. Highly recommended.

I had a Panasonic shaver before this and loved the build quality on it. This one is no different. It's built like a rock. I am able to shave 2 day old stubble which is helpful. The shave is very close and comfortable. It is also quieter than my old shaver. I've been using it for a couple of weeks on the original charge. Wish my phone would last as long. Overall satisfied. I don't know how it compares to Braun as I've never owned one but for a smooth shave on 2 day old stubble, this shaver is great. The BB sale helped too.

I've been a longtime user of Panasonic shavers. This one one is a cut above the cheaper, basic models. It has a fast linear 13k motor, which basically means a cleaner, faster cut. The more basic Panasonic models don't have this feature. It also uses a Li-on rechargeable battery, which is better than Ni-Mh batteries that the cheaper models use. Also, this shaver is made in China if that matters to you. My prior Panasonic shavers were made in Japan.

This razor shaves close. I have coarse black hair and it's all gone after my 8-10 min shave. I've only used this dry, meaning no shaving cream. Just turned it on and went to work. I haven't used it wet nor in the shower. It last about 5 days of shaves before needing a recharge. So that's about 45-50 mins. It chargers fully in one hour! I bought this on sale for just shy of 70 dollars last month and I really like it so far. The cleaning is easy and quick so I can't ask for more.

Been shaving most of my life with blades because they give the closest shave and lasts for 2 days. Been using this Panasonic electric since Christmas and is the next best and although pushing it, I can make my shaves last 2 days if necessary. Although pretty expensive, it charges fast and is long lasting. Not leaving missed whisker patches and with easy cleanup adds icing to the cake. Will have to see how long the battery lasts before wearing out. Oh yeah, there’s little possibility now of carving up my face or of slitting my own throat.

I'm very happy with my electric shaver. This is my first one and I couldn't be happier with it. Easy to use, clean, and maintain. Charge last a long time even when not in use all the time.

This is my second Panasonic Arc 3 wet/dry Razor. They are excellent razors and easy to maintain. I liked my 1st one so much that I bought this new model when it was on sale. Love the razor and recommend it highly.

Replaced a 8 year old Panasonic wet/dry shaver that finally died. This one is quieter, shaves closer, and I can shave faster with it too. Really happy with it.

First time using electric shaver. Surprised how clean and smooth shave I got with this shaver.

Replaced an older Panny shaver and works just as well. Just wish it came with a cleaning brush. My older one did, and this one did not. Way to save some pennies Panasonic!

Easy to use. It takes a while for your skin to get used to it but after that is great.

I have been using this shaver for more than 2 weeks now and I am loving it! It offers a satisfactory shave. Battery life is great (I have charged it only twice yet and I use it everyday). Only downside: it has got a loud noise while in operation.

This was a downgrade from my Arc 4 but I was surprise that the Arc 3 does the same. The only thing is it is thinner than the Arc 4.
