The phone sound quality is great. The fact that it's also bluetoothis amazing. I am very happy with this phone.

Easy to setup, large enough screen for elderly, have not tried the Bluetooth yet but that’s a cool feature!

My mother in law had a land line that we wanted to replace with a cell phone, but she's too elderly to understand how to use a cell. We were able to get her on a cheap cell plan, and tether a cheap flip phone to this with bluetooth. This worked great, because her original land line had gone out, and they told us it would be 2 weeks to fix. Easy to use phone, and the voice that speaks the caller ID is a great addition as well.

The phones have good sound quality. Fairly easy to set up. The voice mail is not intuitive to use but is OK.

Great phone. Has a great battery that last forever. Very clear and easy to hear whoever you are talking too.

Wireless handsets have good voice quality. Wired handset on base is good as is expected. Bluetooth pairing to cell phones is very convenient and pairing to a Bluetooth headset works well. I do a lot of conference calls from my home office so this is a must. You can also do wired headset from the wireless handsets, but strangely not the base. Speakerphone is good for the price.

We have had this phone for some time now, and we are so pleased with it, we can monitor our incoming calls, when someone leaves a message we can hear who it is, and if we want to pick up we can, you can use your cell phones with it, and it stores so many phone numbers and allows you to block those unwanted calls, just to name a few features, we love it, best phone we have ever bought.

We got these phones for my Mother-In-Law and she couldn't be happier. The traditional handset and answering machine are both easy to use. The satellite wireless handsets are sound clear and hold a charge for a long time. Great value all the way around.

I purchased this phone for my parents which are senior citizens. They seem to really like the phone, especially the wired handset. The only complaint that they had was that the quality was not quite as good as their old at&t corded phone. I would still recommend this product for seniors as my mother is very hard of hearing and can use this and even can use the wireless handsets, which has been difficult with other similar sets.

The phone system is easy to set up and works well. The manual details a number of functions not immediately obvious, but you can be up and running in just five to ten minutes without reading it. Easy to sync with up to two mobile phones via Bluetooth, the KX-TGF382 even rings with the cell's ring tone. My only gripe? The clock of the phone and its handsets tends to stay a minute behind what the cellphone indicates. With its good, easy-to-read display and keyboard, built-in answering system and flawless functionality, what's not to like?

I like the bluetooth connectivity option to a pair of cell phones and also to a wireless headset. The speakerphone is clear and pretty good. I used this for a while as my home office phone via a land line as cell reception at my home was not good. Eventually after I moved I gave the unit to a family member, who uses it regularly and likes the voice quality on it.

Purchased for my elderly mother who accidentally dropped old handset into water. After set-up and installation she was able to start using immediately without problems. Set up was easy. I mounted the base on the wall which mom liked - especially the tilting read-out. I pre-entered many family members' phone numbers, which was tedious but not too difficult. Surprise - it comes with an actual manual! This is the third iteration of this phone in the family (I have a similar system, too). All have worked very well. Note : This system has the ability to connect with mobile/cell phones - I did not use this feature and cannot comment on it's capability at this time, but think it is a great idea.

I work out of a home office and purchased this phone set after reading reviews on a few. It works extremely well and has a lot of features. The reception is great, I use the phone outside all the time, and the other end comes in clear and loud. I love the call blocker feature as I get so many solicitors so it's nice to hit the block button when I see them coming through and then never have to hear from them again. The call also has call waiting, call forwarding and is bluetooth ready, although I'll admit I haven't used that feature yet. Overall, great phone that I hope lasts a long time!

I bought this for my elderly parents. The displays are great and so is the sound. They luv the talking caller ID. I was able to download the phone book from my iPhone via Bluetooth.

So easy to hook up . We use them in our shop . They really take a beating and are working great . A very affordable price for 3 phones . All have great sound .

This phone is great. I like having a wired landline phone and the convenience of 2 handsets that I can take outside or if I need to talk to someone about troubleshooting an item where I need to be near the product I'm having problems. Also like the talking caller id so that I don't have to stop what I'm doing to see who's calling and if I want to answer or let it go to the voice message. I bought a second set (1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs) because for certain calls I prefer the wired landline for more privacy. Also in the future, if I wish to, I can add another 3 headsets to each phone system. I also like that the handsets take regular batteries instead of a battery pack for the inexpensive cost of replacing batteries if needed.

This phone system works well, it stores all your contacts. It has two handsets that are included, that allow you to walk away from the corded base station. The answering system allows you to retrieve miss messages. Also there is a speaker phone included.

Really a great surprise buy for a two story home. The system uses a wired base and wireless handsets. The intercom feature is superb. Works perfectly with cable provide phone service and modem. Well worth the price.

Yeah, I know. Who needs a landline phone these days? Well, if you want one, this is a great product and super cheap. Landline wiring is in most houses already and the base set can still be used even in a power outage. And landline phone service is not expensive to add to a Verizon bundle.
