To defrost and heat a bagel, I had to first microwave it to defrost and heat the inside and then use the toaster to heat the outside so it's not soggy. Enter the Panasonic: push the "frozen waffle" button - done. No microwave needed.

Not a traditional toaster oven
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Before I got this, if I wanted a toasty roll soft on the inside, I had to microwave it first and the put it in the toaster oven. This has an infrared light up top that makes all the difference on frozen pizzas, etc. It cooks the inside like a microwave and also toasts the outside like a traditional toaster oven for the perfect combination.

Perfect toast for 80 year old.

My dad said their toast is turning out perfect and a lot quicker! He will try pizza next. It is a bit costly, though.
