positives: It works well with a long standby life and has a paper manual (some i bought before didn’t). negatives: the battery doesn’t show you it is low until it is about to shut off on you, there is no outside light that indicated it was charging while in its base, menus are hard to scroll through. only reason i give 4 stars is because of the cheap price for 5 handsets.

Works well and wanted to be able to call phone to phone. The only downside is the volume of the answering machine when a call comes in. I haven’t learned how to change how well the voice can be projected in possible other than the volume key.

After years of great use, we decided to upgrade our Panasonic cordless phone. We stayed with Panasonic because the old phones had served us so well. After transferring our phone book and putting it to use, we quickly found features lacking or changed. We can no longer quickly see if there are messages waiting as the blinking light that had been on the top of each handset has been removed. There is also no way to erase a message once listened to from the handset unless you remember the combination of # and correct number. There is now multiple steps to review your caller list. BUT the sound quality is good. Hopefully we will learn to work through the changes but sorry we didn't pick up on changes before unpacking and putting the phone to work.

We had another Panasonic 5 headset phone system that just wore out after 15 years, well at least one handset did. We have the new Panasonic KX-TGD535M phones connected to a magic jack inline with an Epson ET4750 eco printer. All purchased at Best Buy. The phones work great. We have them in the kitchen, laundry room, bedroom, office and garage. The sound is crisp and the signal strong. Even though we have mobile phones, sometimes it is nice to pick up several hand sets and talk to the grandparents. Also, they make a good intercom system between rooms.

it is okay. a little harder to work than the at&t i had. we will see how long it lasts. i wish it came in colors. it does have a nice sound. it can be mounted on the wall also.

After having an old Panasonic for years the new features like call block and caller announcement makes a high difference in controlling your calls.

This is a very nice phone set. Works well and has good range.

Features are not as user friendly as our last set, but this system works fine.

I love that this system works so well in my four story town home. I am able to but a phone on each floor and have never had an issue with signal strength! Great phone!

Sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t, but overall they are the best cordless phone.

Beware they keep dropping calls! Late rings! Talking on phone and it goes blank. Charge is good and phone line is ok.

Just wish they sat more securely in the charging bases they are very wiggley and fall out easily.

This phone system does not show caller ID on call waiting, that is annoying. Otherwise decent.

I needed to replace my older Panasonic telephone/answering system. I knew I would buy another Panasonic.
