    I like the features on this phone. It is so much easier to hear people than my previous Panasonic and AT&T sets. The features for ring tones, conferencing, etc. are all good. The instruction booklet can be much better to understand. There are no instructions to tell you how to take it off ECO mode and use the boost function. Customer support is useless. They just tell you to look in the almost-useless instruction booklet.

    We replaced an older Panasonic phone system of 15+ years. We really love the new system with all the new features, call block button on each phone, improved intercom feature, entering our telephone directory on one phone which updates all the other phones, a smaller base unit and longer battery life. We love it.

    These phones were easy to set up and work great. Did a little research before buying and these were the clear winner. I am not disappointed.
