I love this phone and answering machine. I had a previous model for close to 10 years and it worked great. When one of the phones stopped charging, I decided to upgrade instead of fixing. This set is almost exactly the same with more features. We have a phone in every room and it is easy to operate . We also like to screen calls with the answering machine. Great buy. ( I gave the old set to my brother minus the one phone not charging..lol)

I bought this Panasonic phone system for the design , quality, number of headsets that went with it, and recommendations of others. I am not very pleased w/the volume and voice sounds that go w/the phone. I need to put on the speaker to get a sound I can hear . The good thing is that I can walk around the apt. with the speaker on and still hear the person on the other end.

The phone system was an upgrade due to the layout of my home. I had a Panasonic phone but it was no longer in production so I couldn't add on to it. I was pleased with how it worked and the reviews on this phone so didn't hesitate to purchase another Panasonic phone . It has some nice features which also helped in my decision to purchase. The "Link to Cell" feature is really nice and works with Bluetooth to send calls and other notifications to the Panasonic which audibly indicates who's calling or sending a text--very nice. The bluetooth connection is not the greatest if you're too far away from cell. All in all I would recommend this product.

We just picked this phone system up recently, and the performance so far has been great, the sound is clear and I like that we can place multiple phones around the house, the bedroom, the basement, etc. Definitely recommend this phone system to anyone looking to upgrade, it won't disappoint.

Being of a certain age where my cell phone is not attached to my body, I often had no idea where it was, and calls and texts to my cell would go unanswered. I had to tell people to call the house number if they really wanted to talk to me. Now, even if I forget my cell in the car outside ( about 35 feet from the base), it still rings inside. Also, the system announces the arrival of a text message, and who it's from. Setup was easy, and once your cell is paired to the system, it's all automatic. Also love the call blocking feature.

These phones were very easy to set up and use. Just plug in and charge. We bought these for my grandmother, because they looked easy to use. Works perfectly.

The Panasonic -KX-TGE474S Linc2Cell DECT 6.0 Cordless phone set is great! The set came with four cordless phones and at a reasonable price. The answering machine is quite efficient and very easy to use especially at the base station. The phone system was priced very reasonably for all its significant features and a must to have for any family getting ready to replace there home phones.

This is the first land line we had in quite some time and I'm very impressed with both the quality of the workmanship and the tone. It's very easy to use and I believe the features are well thought out. I specifically like the feature that allows us to sync our cell phone contacts and to locate our cell phones.

My ninety four year old mom needed a new phone system. I went to the local best buy and considered the various choices. the sales person described the attributes of each of the choices, including ease of set-up and use, reliability and value. The phone I picked with his help met all of the requirements, and my mom is very pleased with her new phone. I appreciate all of the useful assistance from the sales person I worked with on this purchase.

Putting all the parts together was simple - insert batteries, plug in, and go. The sound quality is excellent. Volume adjustments are good. Buttons are big enough for older eyes, but not too big to look they belong to a centenarian. The price was great. I am very happy with the purchase.

We were able to install all 4 ohones in a few minutes. We’ve had Panasonic phones in the past and not had any problems.

Recently I purchased the Panasonic KX=TGE474S phone system with Digital Answering System. This product is a quality produced item and performs well. The answering machine is clear and quickly accepts the incoming call. The handsets are comfortable and easy to hold. With the answering system base doubling as a charging base and additional chargers included, the handsets will always be ready for use. I would definitely recommend this product.

Connect our two cell phones to this without any issues. Has a good ring tone, nice heft, easy to use.

When our older "land line" phone finally bit the dust after a number of years of reliable service, we returned to Best Buy to purchase an upgrade. The number of features which the new Panasonic Cordless Phone system has is incredible. The user manual made setup a piece of cake and transferring all my contacts from my cell phone was simple since the new Panasonic connects to my iPhone via BlueTooth. I can even answer my cell phone calls using the new cordless Panasonic. A great phone system.

this is my second set. I liked it so well that when I had to replace it I got the same thing

The sound quality is really nice on these units. Enough handsets to cover my house without hunting for a phone. The Bluetooth feature is really handy, and the talking caller ID makes it easy to screen calls.

I have own a Panasonic cordless for a few years now and it has been a great phone. So I bought this model as a Christmas gift. The new feature linking to your Cell phone Bluetooth is extremely handy. No more searching for the cell phone or being tethered to the charger.

Had old Panasonic phone system for about five years. Liked new features of this system. Especially the bluetooth capabilities and the transfer of phone book from my iPhone to the system phone book. Call block was easy to program and block incoming calls not previously programmed to block. Only has a limit of 250 numbers you can block. Handset is hard to hold and dial with the same hand because the back of handset is so smooth.

I put this phone in my sister-in-laws apartment to replace an existing phone that only had two lines. It was easy to install and program with phone numbers and works well throughout the two story apartment. Reviews said this is a good phone and my experience backed that up.

The Panasonic - KX-TGE474S Linc2Cell DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone System with Digital Answering System is the best on the market. Easy to use and easy to block unwanted calls. Would definitely recommend this product over all other brands.
