I was in need of a more versatile phone for an elderly family member. One that would announce the Caller ID and/or the name of the caller. Each handset announces and the announcement is pretty clear. The handsets are a reasonable size with large easy to read buttons. The center button is not as large but serviceable.

I have had good experience with Panasonic wireless phone products. I had a problem recently with an older model, I was able to find the operating manual quite readily, located the solution in the manual and resolved the problem (link to base had failed due to a dead battery, no fault of the unit) quite simply.

Good sturdy wireless phones, easy to use. Easy to control volume. Has Bluetooth to connect to cell phone.

I have always found that Best Buy has great products, with salespeople , who are anxious to help.

Bought this for my parents since they are about the only ones left with a landline. With the Bluetooth built in, i was able to sync their cell phones to the system, allowing the house phone to ring when i call their cell phones. No more trying to figure out which phone they will answer!

Using these with 2 cell phones instead of a land line. They are working very well across 3 floors of our house. Reception is clear and the talking notification is nice...you don't have to get up to figure out who's calling (and if you want to ignore). Would recommend.

I'm a hold out for land line phones, though this one will also connect to your cell phone. Love that you can actually block phone numbers with this. That was a fantastic upgrade. Also like having belt clips so I can put it on speaker and clip it to my shirt and keep working!

I recently purchased these phones as my existing house phones are getting on 10 years old. I WFH and so our phones get used at least 4-5 hours a day for that. There are two major issues with these phones that are bad enough I plan on boxing them up and returning them. (1) In headset mode they're too quiet. With the volume all the way up I frequently can't hear the other side of the line. Speaker phone or a plugin headset will help with this but I don't want to have to work around the quality of a brand new, high end home phone. (2) keypad doesn't properly enter digits for teleconferences. I've done Skype, GTM and Webex and for all of them when I need to enter my conference code, it tells me I entered it wrong when I enter it using these phones. I've resorted to taking all telecons on my cell phone this week. I have a landline still so that I have superior call quality on these teleconferences and now I can't even use the landline thanks to poorly design panasonic hardware! I'm really disappointed because on the box these looked like an upgraded version of the the phones I've used reliably for the last 10 years. Features like bluetooth integration are really nice -- but not when the basics don't work.

These phones are wonderful for all around the house. You don't need to have a phone outlet for each phone, and the features are outstanding, I can access my calls remotely, I can save calls, I can call back, I can do just about anything. The best phones to get are these !!!

My cell phone is my primary number. With this product, I don't have to carry the cell phone around the house with me, since all extensions ring when my cell rings. I can answer from any extension in the house.

Setup was quick and very easy. Loved the ability to simply transfer the contact list from my cell phone. Have been using for nearly two months and have had no issues at all.

I wish that I would have bought these sooner when our old phones started to fail.

I purchased this phone system to replace an older system. My wife loves this phone system, she particularly loves the block feature. If you get calls you don't want you can block the caller. The next time they call, the phone rings once then hangs up automatically.

I like the Panasonic phones I don’t like typing in saved phone numbers from A-Z

I like the look and feel of the phone but... the batteries do not stay charged more than a day or two. Going to contact the manufacturer to see if they may be defective and will replace them. It is very annoying but with 5 handsets I can have a working one by me.

What a great system.. I did a lot of research and finally decided to purchase this Panasonic Phone System. Love all the features. The Cell Link was very easy to connect. Love the BLOCK CALL BUTTON. Talking Caller ID is a MUST. Great phone. Do not hesitate!

Absolutely love it. The phones even have a baby monitoring system on them.
