We are happy with the product itself just very disappointed that we were not told that the product was obsolete, we were not told that it only had a sample size ink cartridge in it, you do not sell ink for it, and we are having a difficult time finding ink. You gave us a $15 credit back, but this does not resolve our ink problem.

`I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that only have limited use of a fax machine. Really any ideal product, easy to follow instructions and light weight. Does not require much space.

This product is not what I think ... Also the Panasonic name and company do not act as it should .

This Panasonic fax machine is a good update to the previous models. If you are familiar with past models then there is no learning curve with this one. Its smaller than previous models with improved paper loading on the top(finally no paper jamming!). Easy button controls are very nice with an easy to read monochrome LCD display (a back-light on the display would have been nice though). For a standard black and white fax machine the print quality is very good. It uses a type of ink scroll that is installed in the middle of the machine. No liquids or streaking to worry about. It has a 28 page memory in case of an error receiving a fax (about half a megabyte of memory). Which is a lower amount than some fax machines but shouldn't be a big deal to the average home user. Lastly, it also has a copying feature that allows you to use it a xerox machine. All in all this is a great fax machine for everyday home use

This fax/copier is exactly what I was looking for.. the price was spot-on, as was the size, weight, and ease of operation. No complaints.

I like the compact size. It is very easy to use.It takes care of my in home faxes very easily.A great little machine

Bought it to replace it's previous version. Paper jam problem was lifted and the other features like it's compact designs were intact. Good quality for it's price. But not meant to be for a rush faxing, it will take a while for each page to be scanned to fax.

When receiving or sending faxes very clear copies.

I Just Love this machine, when faxing something it doesn't take long at all,and the phone you don't have to keep repenting yourself,and when using the copier everything is very clear.

I needed something that was easy ..and Panasonic took the thinking out..you just read the book ..and ..easy faxing..
