But in just a couple weeks, the plug in came apart. And when I went to return it at Best Buy, they could not order the item anymore. They then insisted that I go through the manufacturer which I thought was ridiculous for a purchase made in the last month. I demanded to speak to a manager who finally allowed me to exchange the headphones for another kind.
