It's been years since we replaced DVD player. Our old one was difficult to use, so when we decided on a blu-ray, we were very satisfied at how easy it was to set up, use and the picture is perfect. We are extremely satisfied with this product.

Updated from older Panasonic Blu-Ray that started giving me issues, was constantly having to update firmware via USB. The new player has wi-fi so updates are easy and less frequent. Disc tray ejects as soon as you push the button unlike old player that would tell me to wait. Disc loads up immediately with very little lag. Wi-fi is great and Netflix picture quality and sound quality are awesome. I also have Pandora which sounds great on surround system. Has excellent wi-fi reception. Some of the menus can be a little confusing and unintuitive. Noticeable difference in video and sound quality over older DVD player. And for the price it can't be beat.

easy set up. Simple to use. HDMI output. Exactly what I needed.

Plug in a disk, it turns my TV on and switches it to the Blu Ray player all by it's self. DH loves that he just has to press on button to turn on Netflix. Very happy with this product'

Great blue ray, does everything we need. Excellent picture, quick, very quick set up. A good remote, simple to use other streaming services - Netflix. And cannot beat the price.

The salesgirl at best but was so friendly and helped me as a a beginner how to use the remote and demonstrated with tv remote in store. She even wrote the instructions down for me as I was afraid I would forget! She helped relieve my anxiety and helped me pick out the cable to plug in the tv. I am glad she helped me pick out the longer one-perfect!

Price is a bit higher than others of equal quality but I paid for the name and the warranty that I will probably never use. Picture is great and setup was pretty straight forward and easy.

Very pleased with purchase. Love the Netflix button on the remote! Love the fact that's its wireless. The color & picture is clear with great detail almost 3-D like.

This is a good value product if you want a box that can do alot of things. Picture quality is good on it. The online features are somewhat confusing to navigate, and given it is a Panasonic product I expected Amazon Prime to be available (as it is on Panasonic Viera smart TVs) but it is not. Many other services are though (Netflix, Hulu, etc), but this is a key miss in my opinion.

This product was easy to set up out of the box. Very easy to set up the wireless connection also. Great product at a great price. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable smart blueray DVD player.

System connects to home wifi easily and fast at each start up. Internet button on remote provides quick access to our favorites Netflix and Vudu. Works great with our existing Panasonic flat screen (remote control).

This Panasonic Blu Ray player is a great value. It was easy to setup and the picture quality is great. We use Netflix a lot and have had no issues with the WiFi.

Bought this as the website seemed to indicate is was Amazon Prime capable, but when you read closer it indicates that functionality is coming soon. E-mailed tech support at Panasonic and that was useless as no response. Called tech support and she indicated that it was possible to access Prime with it, however I needed to call from home when I was able to be where the Blu-ray player was. Haven't been able to do that yet. Firmware update loaded and the machine was locked up for hours until I finally unplugged it since it wouldn't power down any other way. Plays well, connects via wifi well, just support issues and Prime.

My first venture into the world of Blu-ray and a cost effective unit that was very easy to set up and works as expected, so far so good would recommend this unit to anyone.

So far the only complication I've had is accessing Netflix. I can't figure out how to sign in using the remote. Other than that the pic is great & its super easy to set up.

I needed a replacement blu-ray player for the one that I had. This player takes up much less space and the setup was very fast. It is so easy that even my wife and inlaws are able to use it with no problem.

I first purchased a different brand for the same money and had nothing but trouble. This model is fair priced, and delivers what I need, I liked it enough that I bought another a couple of months later

Great price for a quality Blu Ray player. Start up is quick. Menu is easy to understand and the remote works great.

I bought this primarily for Netflix. It works beautifully for this purpose and my 5 year old loves to watch his cartoons on it! Great value for the price and it is very slim and takes up little space!
