Very nice blu-ray player. I wish it was a little more user friendly. It was quite expensive and I thought it would have more options. But the online streams options are less then our old Samsung blu-ray.

Good 4k Blu-Ray player. The apps are nice, but not using due to my TV having it all built in also. DVDs/Blu-Ray loads quickly.

Great CD for listening to music & DVD/Blu-Ray for watching movies on my LG 49" Nano Cell 85 Series LED 4K TV both bought at Best Buy.

This thing picks up the movies pretty fast and they put the DVD in and it plays it fast quality control is very accurate

The DVD player was as good as advertised was easy to hook up and install Priced at other suppliers. Found price to be very reasonable Made it worthwhile to purchase extended plan warranty

Good, But Expected better picture quality being Blu-Ray

Frustrating pile of junk...Don't know how this thing gets good rating. Since we bought it when it wants to work it's great but it's a roll of the dice. Off and on itll freeze up and you will have to unplug it sometimes a few times to get it to reset itself and then it'll work fine for awhile. Won't play quite a few new disc's all way thru will stutter and freeze and disc's are perfect condition. My old ps3 will play them but not this thing that is suppose to be for media content. Yes when it runs it works good but it also has almost no apps. Very few and no store to search for any. For over 200 bucks I expect this thing to be alot better. Don't waste ur money. Owned it a year and find myself getting more irrirtated with it then enjoying it. Spend more and get better or just buy a 4k console itll play all ur media and more and better then this junk. Why spend 300 400 on one when u can get a console for 500 and do everything. Panasonic junk

Have not picked up yet but this item was sent for service since the disc tray refused to open. Supposedly the unit has been fixed. Per Service, they fixed it one day and sent back to the store but it took 3 week in transit before reaching the store.

playback quality is great. The shortcoming is the on screen menu. It looks like it’s from the 80s.

While it don't seem to play my 8 tracks, it does play my dvds real good. Lots of bells and whistles but I just stick the dvd in there and press play. Looks good too.

I can now play netflix my dvds and bluerays. Was easy to install with an extra hand; mine did not come with HDMI cord but luckily had a spare at home.

The player began to pixelate so we returned it. No issues. The curbside pick up and delivery were very well executed. Employees were organized and easy to deal with. Thankyou

Great player for the money. Especially if you have a Samsung TV that doesn't support Dolby Vision.

Amazing picture but has seemingly random glitches/freezes with some discs. Seems to be the player as it works fine with others.

Picture quality sound advanced settings superb! I put this 4K player with my Sony 4K today and its simply amazing. The picture quality is amazing and the way the sound changes in the movie happens are unreal. I have this hooked up to my Yamaha reciever and Bowers and Wilkins speakers!

Review has nothing to do with the player, haven't even tried it yet. Mainly because I guess Best Buy thinks selling something as open box-excellent means it's cool to send it without a remote so now I want on Amazon to come and save the day. That'll teach me I suppose

If there's a slight smudge on your disc, or even if there isn't, it'll skip around like crazy. Thought i was going nuts that all my discs were in bad shape, then put one in a different bluray player without cleaning it between players and it played flawlessly. There is obviously something wrong or cheap with the laser in these, but it's too late to return because best buy has a short return policy.
