I hate the player

This model continuously came up on multiple sites. So I bought it. I hate it. I have a 15 year old Sony that is better than this piece of crap. It has hardly any apps. There are long load times. The pictures on Blu Rays and Streaming apps are dull and not clear and crisp. I have better pictures on my 10 year old desk top. I thought the problem might be my HDMI cord, so I bought a new updated one. That did not give me a better picture. I would expect this quality from a $100 player not a $250. one. I am very unhappy and will not buy Panasonic again.

Love 3D!
