Worst Piece of Crap Ever!!

I had exchanged my original purchase for the same model in August, and it broke after the return period. This is one of the worst pieces of garbage that I have ever bought from Best Buy. Panasonic is of no help either. I will likely dispute the transaction on my credit card.

The hdmi cable is very short and won't reach the side of the tv. Can't comment on quality and such till I figure out a way to move it closer to the tv.

I was excited until I started looking for some real apps such as Disney plus ir HBO max!! What a buch of crap!! Don’t buy this mess!! It’s a joke. The only popular apps are Netflix and prime video.. The rest of these apps are Worthless... a waist of time!!! ( russia. Tv and bollywood apps) No thanks!! Will return ASAP!!!

I could tell because the Panasonic box it came in had telltale signs that the item had been opened. Not only that, the Geek squad told me they could not fix the issue; which was, the item would not set-up. Suggestion, order on-line, but pick up the item at the store. This way you will see if the item is new or used.

Would not recommend for the price I have read many reviews and this is supposed to be the best we can get for the price at this time. Good Luck

Picture freezes and becomes pixilated. Quality when operating is good, however. Connected to LG 4K TV with 6 foot HDMI CABLE

Garbage. Don’t buy!

What does it do? Gives me a blinking red light. Can’t do anything with it. Also, can’t get my dvd back out (absolutely nothing wrong with the one I put in, btw). This is UNACCEPTABLE. Charge me $250 for this? Garbage. Getting my $$ back and never buying Panasonic again.

If the player does not turn on please unplug all cables and USB devices from the player, then disconnect it from the power source for about 30 seconds and reconnect it. If the issues still persists, turn on the unit and press and hold press and hold OK button, the yellow and blue button on the remote at the same time for more than 5 seconds. “00 RET” is displayed on the unit’s display. Then press the arrow right button repeatedly on the remote control until “06FTO” is displayed on the unit’s display. Following that press and hold the OK button on the remote control. Please also make sure that the player is running on the latest firmware available for this model. Hope this helps! - S
