Product works good, and is easy to use. Like that it has streaming built in.

Best player on the market today - yes video performance it's as good as the more expensive UBS 9000 for less than half the cost. What you don't get is "high end audio connections" but I use this exclusively for video via HDMI and letting my AVR handle the audio playback. Both HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support !

This is a recent purchase, so I hope all the good things I say last for awhile. It does everything it's supposed to do. Everything works as advertised. Dvd's and Blu-Ray look great. Sound reproduction is great too. I spent the extra money on this player because it had downmix stereo outputs I could use for speakers in my dining room. That works too. Couldn't be happier.

I wanted to upgrade my existing 1080P player and read several reviews from tech sites on this player. It was continuously rated as one the best. I purchased an open box item and it arrived looking brand new. I like the low-profile look of the player. I haven't had any issues and expect it will continue to satisfy my needs.

This is by far something I could not do without. I really appreciate the power of being able to watch a movie or TV show instead of streaming. The video quality of movies is phenomenal. This unit is what everyone should have who has DVDs, Blu Rays, 4K Blue Rays to watch.

Thing is an absolute beast works awesome and is a tank this thing is the industry standard! A little pricey but it’s worth it….

Fast quite and a beautiful picture on my projector thanks to this player.

I was experiencing very annoying upscaling lag from my X Box 1S to my new 77" LG OLED CX TV. I had read this player was very good, so I gave it a shot. The results have been amazing. Lag is gone and picture is beautiful. It would be nice to add additional apps, but that is not allowed. Just use for a player only. Get your streaming somewhere else.

Does the job! I use it on my home theater set up. Images are great and sound quality good.

Great player. Make even old DVD really pop. Easy to setup and use. A good solid well build unit.

Best bluray player in terms of quality I've owned. Better than xbox one x and Sony x700 ( less it costs less). Was nervous at first since it was $500, but after using it and seeing the incredible picture quality, I dint regret the purchase. The web app are limited and some like Amazon are sluggish, but i have my built in app on my tv for that.

I have been using this Bluray for a couple years and it has been a great experience so far, dolby vision support works great. My only complain is the drive can be noise sometimes, I returned my first unit because of this but the second Unit presented the same issue after a few months ( in a lesser degree) but it seems to fix itself when I place something over the player.

I finally made the jump to a dedicated blu ray player and I am happy I did so. I was running the PS5 and Xbox One X for a long time, they do fine but this is the way to go. The Sound is 100 times better and I would say the picture is twice as good. I love all the options the player has, and the build quality is great. A bit expensive, but it is worth it!

I was lucky enough to get an Oppo UDP-203 a few years ago before they stopped manufacturing them (and the price was reasonable), so when I needed another UHD BluRay player I had high expectations. This Panasonic player is no Oppo, but it’s a good player. I’ve had one 4K disc (Spider Man: Far From Home) that wouldn’t play initially (the player reported it as “unauthorized” I think?), but after removing it and playing a bit of another disc, the Spider Man movie played as it should. Setup and the menu system is a little strange but ultimately understandable. I won’t be using the player to stream, but it has the basic apps: Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, and then an assortment of others I’ve never heard of. The “app market” section looks kind of limited. More importantly for me: I’ve been pleased by the output of the player. It’s played every 4k disc I’ve put in so far (eventually), and the output is great. I haven’t played DVDs yet so I don’t know how well the upscaling works, but the unit is meeting my expectations so far. It’s no Oppo in terms of build quality, ruggedness, and refinement, but it’s doing the job I need it to.

Outstanding sound and picture quality. Unit has both HDMI and analog audio outputs for an older sound system, Plays DVD and Blu-Ray via HDMI, and music CDs via analog output, however, you have to switch back and forth in Settings to choose either source each time. Likely not an issue if you have a modern receiver with HDMI inputs.
