This is the definitive 4K blu-ray player for a reason, and it doesn't disappoint. If you can afford it, this is the one to get.

Unbelievable picture on my lg 55 c9 oled. The interface is a little glitchy however, hopefully future firmware updates will fix that. But I have never seen a better picture at home. Sound is excellent as well. Many options to tweak settings.

This unit is definitely one of the best 4K players for the price! Do your research, read or watch reviews & comparisons and this unit or the more expensive next step up (at double the cost) will almost always be at the top of the list.

Ridiculous DVD player interface: Put in a DVD, go to menu to select DVD from digital input options even though you have no USB plugged in. Next, to go to DVD menu, press Options on remote then go to menu and scroll down 5 options to get to DVD menu. Clunky main menu system too. I guess this unit's really meant for streaming but I was expecting a state-of-the-art 3D compatible BluRay DVD player. I returned it for a Sony UBP X-700 at a fraction the cost.

Wow, what a picture. Excellent for UHD, and versatile, music cds, dvds, etc. Easy interface.

Incredible picture when I hooked it up to our new 85” 8K TV. Easy to use and updates it’s firmware automatically. A bit pricey but the quality of the picture is well worth it.

Great Blu-Ray player. Works well with a home theater system and IR repeater. It has the quality I would expect from Panasonic.

I wanted something with a bit more control and a small taste of high end. This player fit the bill. Has all the set up and control option I could ever want or need. Excellent picture. Super clear and excellent colors. Very nice all around. Would buy again.

The picture contrast is great ! I'm not sure if I could pay 500 for it. I got it on sale for 400 and feel that is the right price. I upgraded from the Sony x700 and there definitely was a big boost on picture quality on the majority of the 4k blurays.

It’s really great and easy to use it and really sharp pictures the only I don’t like is the body casing it’s like a cheap plastic

I finally gave up on my other 4K player (rhymes with Pony and worked like a pig.) This Panasonic works beautifully! Sharp, detailed with beautiful colors. Easy to setup. And, most importantly, doesn't freeze up!

This is a great DVD player, had one that was about 5 years old and this made it look real bad. There are so many new settings on this one it is great especially if you have a newer TV.

I got tired of manually switching the Sony in and out of Dolby Vision so I got the Panasonic which automatically detects D.V. I also like the extra control I have over audio and video settings.

The interface dashboard is a little outdated but makes it up with incredible picture. Its simple off the charts. The price point makes it an awesome deal!

A bit pricy but produces a great picture. The colors and clarity in "Avatar" were incredible, as well as my other Blurays. It is also one of the few players which displays the digital movie time.

Very happy with this purchase, everything I play works out perfectly (with the exception of PAL DVDs, which are not supported). App store is very limited with selection but I use my TV for that mostly. Pretty much good to go right out of the box!

This DVD CD 3D player does it all with great sound & 4K Ultra HD pictures. I don't believe you can wrong with this item.

The best 4K player under $500. This player comes highly recommended from numerous a/v sources. It has numerous features and setting with a quality build and great Panasonic technology. I have been very happy with my purchase.
