I’ve only had it for a couple weeks. It performs better than I had expected. I’m very satisfied at this point.4K looks amazing. It’s ability to upscale standard Blu-ray disc is impressive.

This 4K Bluray player works very well right off the bat. I have played Bluray and DVD disks, music CDs, and SACD on it and it handled them all without any problem. When I have a 4K TV I will try 4K movies, but I am sure they will run fins.

The UB-820 is a fantastic 4K player. Impeccable audio and video. The only drawback is no SACS or DVDAudio. Aside from that, I can’t think of another player on the market today that has better picture quality.

Worth an upgrade over your console if that is what you are using as a Blu-ray player. If you are serious about getting the best picture quality out of your 4k discs, this is the player for you.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. I thought it was too expensive for a Blu-Ray Player, but it was the one he wanted and he loves it. As far as I know, no problems were noted and it is exactly as advertised.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the picture quality of this player. It also supports all the HDR formats my TV is capable of unlike other options i explored before my purchase.

Functions great with my Samsung QLED TV. Menu has ton of options but works great out of the box. Nice to have USB DRIVE access in the front too.

Arguably the best 4k player, but a little overpriced. Output is great, but user interface could be a little better given the price. But great overall.

Hdr and Dolby vision works, hav,t used the apps but Blu-ray playback is flawless

This is the hands down the best 4K Blu-Ray player that you can buy that supports Dolby Vision and the fidelity that you would expect from a 4K Blu-ray player.

Good 4k player with Dolby Vision and just about every audio format for movie watching . Returned the Sony x800 m2 for this unit due to the annoying manual Dolby Vision setting just like there new TVs on hdmi 3 or 4 wow Sony really. Anyways only negative for me was no Bluetooth on the Panasonic.

Great amazing Panasonic Player! Nothing negative at all. Well worth the price. Performance is flawless and has many fine tuning settings even for 3D movies for those of you who still have a 3D tv.

Make the mistake of going with aN original Sony X800 which ended up not being able to support Dolby Vision. Bought this to go with my new LG C9 and am very happy. Automatically shifts to Dolby Vision when available.
