Love it. I have slow dish internet service and I could not stream moves clear enough to watch. The upgrade feature works like magic to give me clear watchable streamed movies.

One of the best 4K UHD Blu Ray Players for the money.

I was surprised how much the picture quality increased when playing the 4Ks through the players verses the XBox. I was impressed with the quality on XBox, but blown away with the player.

Makes my C8 65 Oled look even better when watching 4K movies, still haven't checked out any regular blu rays yet. Looks like you are right in the movie, so clean and crisp and precise. HDR pops so nicely.

No Better Player on the Market for the Money, there no reason to want another player, the HDR Optimizers Icing on the Cake. I bought it on Sale for $350 and worth every Penny

My OPPO died and I was worried that nothing currently available could come close to its performance, but this player is phenomenal.

love this player. have had 3-4 Panasonic DVD players...continually upgrading and this one does not disappoint. definitely recommend.

I have a top of the line tv, so I wanted a great player to go with it.

I debated quite some time which 4K Blu-ray I should go with I did look at its big brother which is an extra $600 to purchase but all the specs are the same except for the chassis itself and a couple of inputs other than that love the unit. Just make sure you go through the settings and make it the best experience as possible as far as playback in 4K. Other than that, this was long overdue major upgrade from my Samsung 4K Blu-ray player.

I bought this panasonic hdr 4k bluray player to test on my new 82” Samsung QLED hdr 4k tv..it look good BUT much to my surprise my older 5yr panasonic BDT360 Built-in 4K (Uhd) Up-scaling Player look better playing the 1080p disc’s then the BP-UB820 playing the 4k hdr disc’s and 1080p disc..needless to say I returned the DP-UB820 player..don’t get me wrong the DP-UB820 is good.., if I didn’t not have my older panasonic BDT360 player I would have kept the DP-UB820 player..

An excellent player, properly handles Dolby Vision which is far more than I can say about many players, has optimizations per expected HDR ranges which is great as well

Beautiful image, the player let’s you fine tune even more with additional hdr settings and luminance adjustments. It costs a bit more , but if you have a good display this is the unit to get.

Great player all around. Second best to a OPPO player in my opinion. Awesome feature set. A second HDMI video output would put it through the roof.

IIt actually sounds better than other players. The mechanical funtion of the loading and spin up seems precise and quick. Startup times are quick.
