3D Performance is Excellent

Cross-talk and ghosting are much reduced compared to the Sony. Cant believe I didnt upgrade sooner, the 3D performance is so much better with the Panasonic.

Totally worth it

Motion was better ans collrs were definitely better

Auto switching between HDR10 and Dolby Vision, no lip sync issues. HDR tuning and countless other features you won’t find in other players. As close to the Oppo players you’ll ever get with out forking over a fortune.

Panasonic DVD/Blue-Ray Player

The voice narrative was extremely annoying (LOL) until I figured out how to disable it. Works on all my standard DVDs and Blue Ray. Have not tried CDs with photos yet.

The Panasonic DP-UB820 is just that, supporting all major HDR formats, delivering a hugely immersive and impactful picture, backed up by a strong audio performance. At this price, it’s a great buy.

An impressive 4K player that makes any disk shine

It not only does an amazing job with Ultra HD discs but will take a simple DVD and bring out details I never thought possible. It is very impressive.
