This 3D blue ray player works excellent. We have used it quite a bit already

This player replaced an older 4K Panasonic. I had it installed and set up in 5 minutes including the Network settings.

I never used this. I realized it did not meet my needs before I received it, but not before it shipped. I needed a player that handled SACD, which this does not. I am happy with the Sony I bought to replace it.

This player is every thing it says. The setup is easy just follow the prompts and go through each category. Then. enjoy all of your laser discs old and new. It's wonderful piece of tech engineering.

Been searching the net for the best bluray player and all points toward this one. For the price, you'll never go wrong considering the features are similar to the expensive counterpart ub9000. Would definitely recommend this one.

I had been wanting this player for a while and caught a great open box deal. Money well spent even if it had been full price. The picture processing is amazing.

I have just got this so I still need more time watching content but I did have to look at videos YouTube on how to connect the soundbar to the player because when I plugged in the player to the tv no sound came out of the sound bar when watching a movie you have to plug the player into the soundbar

4K films look amazing and the upscaling of regular Blu-ray Discs is much better than my previous player (Sony Ubp-x700). Haven’t used the streaming apps built into the player though.

Works great with our 4K UHD TV with HDR. Because we do not have a 3D television yet, we have not been able to try that feature but I think it would be as great. It was easy to hook up to our unit.

When the player works, it works beautifully. However, we've noticed issues with two blu-ray discs (not 4k) so far. We cannot play Castaway without getting error messages - and if we get past error messages, chunks of the picture are either in "blocks" or not showing at all. We had similar issues with the blu-ray Alien. Both discs play without problems on standard blu-ray players. Don't know if this is a coding issue with 20th Century Fox discs or an issue with the DP-UB820-K itself.

Excellent connectivity, quality and upgradeability. Same quality as the $1000 9000, without a handful of unimportant features. No other player on the market can achieve this quality, especially for this price.

If you are going to have a 4k movie setup, this 4k Ultra HD player is worth the money. It Has a lot of features that can be tweaked to your liking.

It’s honestly the best 4K player under $500. It pairs perfectly with our Sony OLED tv. It will actually pair nice with any 4K tv with DV and HDR10

A fantastic player with tons of video and audio options. My only slight complaint is the lack of streaming apps available.

It's worth the money. HDR optimizer works great. Chroma looks better than the competition and no freezing. Spend the extra cash or save up to get this player
