Purchased for our bedroom but can easily be the main tv in any household... Awesome picture quality and the 600 Hertz makes the overall flow of movement really nice.

Well priced, great picture, and easy to operate. Enjoy the the Netflix button on the remote takes you straight there.

Overall, this TV is amazing. The picture quality is excellent. I had no use for any extensive smart features, but the integrated Netflix/Vudu etc is just enough. For the price, it's hard to beat this TV. My only complaint is that there is a noticeable plasma "buzz" when the TV is on. Most plasmas will have a buzz, but I hoped this would be less noticeable than it is on my set. I've started to get used to it over time, and I think i'll be able to ignore it soon.

I was so happy with this make and model that I purchased 10 years ago (37") I am still using it with no problems or complaints. I was ready for a larger screen, so I bought the same one in a larger size (50") I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend it. I have seen higher priced models that don't have the clarity and quality of this one. I am sold on this product. As long as they make it I will buy when I am in the market for a new TV.

This Plasma is a really good value. I researched ,compared researched and compared some more. This picture compares and surpassed some of the more expensive sets out there. The sounds not great out of the box so I hooked up my inexpensive($99) home theater setup and solved that issue. I do recommend using one of the custom picture setup guides, a quick Google search and you'll find a few out there. Using the expert settings made a big difference.

Would purchase this again. The quality of picture is great, love the features, and is easy to use. Such a bargain compared to comparable LED/LCD tvs.

I really like plasma over LCD/LED TVs because of the ghosting effects, particularly when watching sports. I chose this one because it was cheap and a Panasonic. It was exactly what I was looking for in a TV to replace my old 40" in my bedroom. If you need more features, like 3D and a ton of connections, though, you should look to the slightly more expensive ST model line.

We were shopping for a new television for living room. I like brights and apparently was informed that was dangerous and can shorten the life of a TV. We had great service which made our shopping trip wonderful. Decided on this tv after reading several reviews and seeing the great deal. We are able to connect to the internet and plug a flashdrive in and watch straight from it. Boyfriend was worried we might need a sound bar or a subwifer (spelling?) and was surprised by the sound quality! It does not need any adjustments! Highly recommend this tv!

After much research, reading, and talking with friends, the Panasonic is THE best when seeking a large 50" TV. The multiple ports provide access to my kids to connect to XBox Live, Kinect, side ports are included for SD cards to view photos, internet connectivity via hardwire is also included. Although there are cheaper models that you may believe are comparable, they are NOT - the picture quality is outstanding for sports, movies, and more. I bought a cheaper brand, and returned it to purchase this model. Read your research - this IS the one to buy!

Great value for mid-priced tv. Picture is very crisp. Only uses panasonic brand home theater products if you want more than the internal speakers. Could use an extra hdmi connection.

This is a great TV if you are looking for something in a mid range model. It has a great picture and the sound quality is above average. This was purchased for use in a resicence hall for students and they really like it. Professionally it made sense for the purchase. Personally I have a small issue with the screen where it can pick up reflections from lights and windows but proper llocation and mounting angle solves the problem

A clear, crisp, vivid picture. The remote is designed well and easy to use. I was disappointed in the amount of glare on the screen.

Good picture for a price range. Easy to setup. In order to get better sound buy speakers.

Really haven't had time to try all the features. Had a LCD before, so the plasma picture is a lot more clear and pronounced colors. My Dish remote picked up my new tv quickly. Easier to switch from antenna to dish and back. There were the right number of connections for me, have a DVD player. Going to program my wireless network to come through my new tv. I don't think you'll be sorry with this tv.

Great quality, with an outstanding picture. This smart TV is easy to set up and program. The picture quality is outstanding. The sound quality is average however.

I've been really impressed with Panasonic's plasma tvs (this is my second - we upgraded to this 50" from a 42"). For hundreds of dollars less than what you'd spend on an LCD/LED you get the same, if not better, picture quality and a technology that, in my opinion, naturally displays motion much better. If you're looking for a great looking tv without breaking your bank - this is the way to go.

I've been researching and following Panasonic plasma sets for years. This is one of the best pictures I've seen. I have only adjusted the brightness level as nothing else has needed changing. Both BluRay and cable pictures are outstanding. Off axis viewing is perfect. This is what I've been waiting for. If your room isn't overly bright you owe it to yourself to check it out. Study the pictures and don't be fooled by simple brightness. I would recommend it and I would buy it again!

Hard to do better for the price. Quality TV for the price, great for gamers.
