Great Tv . The picture is unbelievable, clear, bright, sharp color. Price was good and all we've heard before buying is this was the one to get.

Have not had to change any factory settings on the thx modes, picture quaility is great. Sound is much better then my older panasonic.

This tv is by far the best I've ever owned. If you're in a dark room where glare isn't an issue then this is the tv for you!

Great picture quality. Some sound-sync problems with stereo receiver. Online user interface could be improved. Be aware that Panasonic is exiting the plasma TV business.

I love this TV. The colors are rich and details that I have never seen before on other high definition TVs pop so much that watching re watching some shows is like watching them for the first time. This tv does not have some popular apps like Amazon or Pandora built in, but they can easily be added via the web connection. This tv is a real treat. Much more expensive than what I would normally spend, but the difference in quality is amazing.

My wife and I absolutely love the picture. The apps are great but I wish it had Comcast or directv. The geek squad did a great job setting it up and mounting it on the wall. The capabilities are awesome compare to my 2003 vintage JVC. 3D is great too

Don't get me wrong, this is one great TV. It has all the bells and whistles, great resolution, great viewing angle, etc. I just wish they would put some decent size speakers on these flat screens so you don't have to buy a surround sound sytem to get good sound.

Love this TV. Had to replace my 2 year old Panasonic 55 inch due to catastrophic failure. Bought the extended warranty and Best Buy replaced my TV. Took a few weeks but got it done.

Great deal on a great TV. Such a shame that Panasonic is getting out of the plasma game.

This was a waranty replacement for my VT50. The panel on the VT60 blows the VT50 away.

Good value and is what we expected. The fact it comes with both the smart remote and the regular remote is great since not everyone like the smart remotes.

I purchased this TV to replace a 7 yr-old LCD Sony 40" XBR. I wanted to get a 55" TV with a 1080P resolution in order to get the best picture possible from my Blu-Ray player because my Sony was only a 720p. When I started my search for a new TV, picture quality mattered the most to me. Buying a plasma TV wasn't even in my plans at the start of my search. After doing my homework I discovered that the Panasonic plasma TV's were being touted as producing the best picture in most of the reviews I had read. The Panasonic VT50 was getting the most love. I decided to take a chance on the newer model VT60 in hopes it could live up to the VT50 model of 2012. I didn't care to spend extra on the flagship model ZT60. I ended up buying my VT60 online without the benefit of actually seeing the TV in person because there were no stores in my area that had them on display. I was a little nervous about this purchase to say the least. I bought this TV online on April 23rd and received it a week later. I had to get used to the picture not being as bright compared to an LCD at first and I spent about two or three weeks tweaking the picture controls before I felt completly happy with it. It has been a little over a month now since I've owned this TV and I am so glad I made this purchase. I"ve read that it takes a while for new TV's, especailly plasma TV's to produce the best results after you first turn them on and I agree with that statement 100%. It seems like the picture quality on my TV gets better every day. The colors appear like natural colors as if you were viewing something in person. I swore by my Sony TV for it's picture quality for years but I have to admit, the VT60 really blows my Sony out of the water when it comes to picture quality. The blacks this picture produces is amazing, especially when playing a blu-ray movie that has some dark content like any of the Batman movies. The other colors on this TV are impressive as well and they don't appear overly saturated.

I bought this TV in April 2013 with some reward zone points and gift certificates. The TV is better than the comparable Samsung. I currently own and use a older Samsung LED in a different room but the new models are not as great. The TV does give a slight glare in a bright room but that is controlled by blinds and curtains. The picture is fantastic, and the features for all of the different viewing options make this TV a winner. I have the premiere silver reward zone card so i got the picture calibration to tweek the picture to its fullest. The picture you get from enhancing yourself is quite good so don't feel you have to pay for the calibration unless you want to. It works fantastic with my blue ray movies, but I haven't used the 3D features as the glasses seem expensive and 3D gives the wife a head ache. So i cant speak for the 3D experience, that's why I go to the movies though. You will not be disappointed in this purchase!
