The different temp options are great. You can crank on high to heat up fast and turn down to maintain a warm temp inside a jacket pocket.

Warm with a short battery life

It works perfect for cycling with a hoodie on that has a pouch. I alternate hands to keep them both from freezing. The only issue i have with the product is the battery life. The package claims 6-9 hours of battery life but i use it for about 30 mins at a time per day and it runs dead at about day 4. That comes out to about 2 hours before i have to recharge.
